Jace

I fall asleep soon after her, exhausted.

Rayah

I wake the next morning to Jackie jumping on the bed, "Mommy it's time to open gifts!" She plays around.

I yawn and shake my head at her, "F*ck you, Jackie," I bury my face in a pillow.

She frowns and grabs my arm, pulling me out of bed, "Your so lazy."

Jace

I open my eyes but stay put, yawning as I look at them. Nic stands off by the door, arms crossed, and looks just as tired.

Rayah

I yawn, groaning and sit by the tree with my legs crossed, "I'm here, I'm here, calm down."

She smiles, grabbing Jace's hand and pulling him out of bed too, "You people are tired? How weird. I'm hyper."

Probrably the hormones...

Jace

I groan and sit beside Rayah, rubbing my eyes. Nic just chuckles at Jackie, watching her weirdly.

Rayah

She grabs Nic's wrist and smiles, pulling him to us as she plops down on the other side of me.

Jace

Nic sits on the other side of her and sighs, smiling at her. I look around, "What are we doing anyway?"

Rayah

"Gifts," She answers, "Who first?"

Jace

I yawn and hold up Rayah's hand, showing everyone the ring as I rest my chin on my hand and close my eyes again.

Rayah

I smirk and hesitate before standing, going to get Jace's gift and coming out with a wrapped big box. I drop it on his lap and yawn, flashing a smile.

Jace

I open my eyes and flash a smile, looking up at Rayah, "What's this?"

Rayah

I smile, "Your gift, now open it."

Jace

I smile, hesitating, before unwrapping it.

Rayah

I bite my lip, and when he opens it, it reveals all the pictures from when we were thirteen and fifteen that I could ever find, and a braclet that I made him in seventh grade but never gave to him because I didn't know that he liked me then.

Jace

I smile and look through the pictures, looking up and kissing Rayah quickly, "Thank you. S'amazing."
