Lia felt a prick of guilt at that and blushed, but forced a smile. Rana was far more suited to it than she was. Sure, she antagonized their father to no end. But Rana was well-read and proficient in many languages and skills. Lia just made vases and kissed ass. Still. If she became a Reputation, then perhaps she’d be able to ensure Rana never ended up in the military. Finally be the one to protect her sister for once rather than vice versa. “I’m still quite young, Papa… but… that sounds… nice.”
