I study her boss, "Rayah's husband, Jace. I'd like to have a few words with you if you don't mind, miss."

I stir and roll on my side, taking Jackie in my arms and pulling her close as I mumble, "I don't want pancakes..."

Rayah

I sigh, dressing in what she told me to wear and come back out, looking at the floor.

"Beautiful!" She laughs. I glare at her. I look like a slut...

She looks at Jace, "Yeah. Go ahead. Make it quick though."

Jackie

I study him. Pancakes...?

Jace

I look over Rayah, remembering the real reason I'm here, and turn back to Rose, "I'd like to request that Rayah stop being involved in couples shoots. She's a married woman and I don't like the idea of her being portrayed as something else. I also don't like how our lives are being splattered all over your magazine. I ask that you stop that too."

I stir and bury my face in her neck, sighing.

Rayah

Oh god...

Rose chuckles, "That's funny. How you think it's up to you..." She smiles, "It's not gonna happen."

Knew that was coming.

Still confused, I watch him, "What pancakes, Nic?"

Jace

I sigh, crossing my arms, "And why not?"

"The pancakes for the unicorn," I mumble in my sleep, "Halee made them..."

Rayah

"Because. You're not the boss, are you?" She smirks, pulling me into a photoshoot.

I chuckle a little bit, "There's no Unicorns..."

Jace

I sigh and try to think of how to do this, "I could sue..."

I stir again and pull her closer, "I want a unicorn..."

Rayah

"Rayah, pose," She says, getting he camera out. I do as she says.

She speaks to Jace as she takes the pictures, "Jace. You can't. You don't have the power. This whole company can go against you."

Jackie

I sigh, "If there were Unicorns I would already have one, Nic."

Jace

I shrug, "It's been done before. I'll take my chances. If you don't mind, I have right to see the contract and I would like to do that right now."

I groan and nibble on her neck, still asleep.

Rayah

She stops the photoshoot and I swallow, shaking my head at Jace quickly. Stop. It isn't going to work.

She looks at Jace, smirking, "Is that so?" She sighs, looking at me. I swallow again.

She snaps and her assistant shows up, "Get me Rayah's contract."

He nods quickly and runs off.

He nibbles on my neck and I squirm, flashing a smile.

Jace

I glance at Rayah and sigh. It's okay. Let me do this. I promise it won't crash down on us.

She squirms and I wake, utterly confused and hungry for... pancakes?

"Whoa... what happened?" I ask, lifting my head and looking around.

Rayah

I sigh, rolling my eyes, and just go with it, walking to a guy model across the room, trying to start a random conversation.

Rose gets the contract and hands it to Jace.

Jackie

I study him, "You fell asleep..."

Jace

Rayah walks to a male model and I resist the urge to call her over, tightening my jaw as I read through the contract, "Where does it say that she isn't allowed to stop doing what she's uncomfortable with?"

I nod slowly and sigh, "Do we have pancake mix?"

Rayah

He starts talking to me about vacation or something and I smile, trying to listen.

"Right at the bottom," Rose says, pointing to it.

I smile, "Yeah. In the kitchen."

Jace

I look over it and sigh, "This is unjust. Violates human rights."
