Rayah

I shake my head at him, flashing a smile, and twirl some of my hair in my fingers, loving how I was back in my own body again.

Jace

I chuckle at her and watch, loving the smile on her face.

Rayah

I see him staring at me and I smile wider, glancing at him. "What?"

Jace

I just shake my head, "I love you."

Rayah

I blush, smiling even wider. "I love you too," I whisper.

Jace

Smiling, I kiss her, "I know."

Rayah

He kisses me and I kiss him back, loving how I get to kiss him In my own body this time.

Jace

I smile and hold her close, pulling back and setting my forehead against hers, "I missed that. But I missed just holding you more."

Rayah

I smile and nod, twining my hand with his and resting my head on his chest. "Me too."

Jace

I smile and take a deep breath, wrapping my arms around her and kissing the top of her head.

Rayah

I smile wide but it soon fades when I realize I'm in the same body...I died in. I checked my arm and saw that cut. I flinched and wrapped my one arm around that one, tracing the scar.

Jace

I watch her, setting my hand over the scar to get her to stop, "Don't think like that, Ray. It's in the past. Leave it there."

Rayah

I glance at him, swallowing and realize I'm still in the bloodstained clothes too...
I stand and glance at the floor, going though my clothes. "I'mma change," I whisper.

Jace

I sigh and nod, watching her go.

Rayah

I swallow before walking back into the bathroom and changing. I walk back out and take a deep breath, feeling fresh.
