Ella

I nod at Ian's words and my mom shakes her head, "We're not worried about her drinking. I'm just...not very happy about the fact you guys are having that."

I smirk and keep from saying anything that would get me in trouble.

Ian

I raise my eyebrows, "And once again she's an adult."

Ella

My mom raises an eyebrow and takes a step closer, "Are you... arguing with me?"

Ian

I sigh, "I just want to know what your problem is. I don't understand why you're so concerned with what Ella decides to do. She's your daughter, yes, but she's grown now."

Ella

I look at them and my mom sighs, "Just...Just be careful. I don't want anything to happen until...until your ready."

Ian

I say nothing in response, looking at Ella.

Ella

"Or I'll take her away," She finishes. My eyes widen and I look at her, "What?"

"That's right. No more mortals for you. C'mon," She says.

I shake my head, "No."

"Exuse me?"

"NO," I say more clearly.

Ian

I glance back at her, "No. I-I'm not mortal, firstly, and you're being a complete--"

I stop, not wanting that to come out.

"You're being unfair," I rephrase, "She's an adult."

Ella

I nod and my mom grabs my arm instead, "But she's still my daughter."

She forces me towards the door and I shake my head, "S-Stop."

She doesn't answer and pushes me out, forcing me downstairs.

Ian

I jump up, Kyle in my arms, and block the stairs below them with a darkness barrier, "Please. I-I love her."

Ella

My mother stops in her tracks and doesn't let go of me, "You can't love someone that quickly."

She burns the wall to make a passage way outside and drags me out.

Ian

Kyle reaches for where Ella was, making a cry-face, "Mama..."

Ella

My mom throws me in the back of a car and I start crying, crossing my arms as I try not to lash out.

Ian

Kyle disappears out of my arms and I freak out, chasing them out of the hotel and trying to get them to stop, "Ky!"

Ella

Kyle appears on my lap and I swallow, glancing back as my mom stops the car. She looks back at me, "Give him to his father. Now."
