I sigh, "Yeah But I'm restless." I replied.

He flashes a smile. "Even restless people can fall asleep, Ray."

I shrug, "Yeah. But I'm not people." I flash a smile.

He sighs, studying her. "Still."

I push him off me and stand, walking over to the bed and laying down. "Fine. I'll try to sleep but don't expect me to." I sigh, closing my eyes.

He flashes a smile and lays beside her, closing his eyes as well.

I was just about to fall asleep when someone throws a pillow at me. I open my eyes and sit up, confused. Cupid stand it front of me, crossing his arms. I was just about to say something when I feel it again. I stand and run to the bathroom, slamming the door behind me.

Jace opens his eyes just as Rayah jumps up and runs in the bathroom. Knowing there's nothing he can do to help, he sits up and glares at Cupid.

Cupid looks at Jace. "What?" He chuckles.

I walk out of the bathroom, groaning and lean against the wall, taking my face in my hands.

He sighs and walks to Rayah, leaning against the wall at her side. "You okay?"

I nod, revealing my face to be all red and puffy. "Y-Yeah, my stomach just hurts."

He sets a hand on the side of her face and sighs, looking at her worriedly.

I look away from him. "I'm sorry you have to see me like this.."

"No, Ray, don't be sorry." He whispers, kissing the side of her face. "Don't."

"But I am." I swallowed. "It's not right for you to see me like this."
