INTRO

Born
In a world of darkness
Worn
As if I was a burden
Sworn
To a life of secrecy
Torn
From my family and friends

I say
Why do I live this way?
All Alone
In my swallowing pain
‘Cos
Life ain’t friggen real
It’s a fucked up game

So go
Get away from my true lies
‘Cos every time the sun don’t rise
The joy lights up your eyes
I can’t help but despise
The way you ruined my life

CHORUS
Where I live
The sun don’t shine
Where I live
Hey that don’t rhyme
Where I live
For the hundredth time, the sun don’t shine, where I live

VERSE

DON’T WORRY
I’m just your youngest child
With a nature so tender and mild
From the love and nurture you shared
You showed me you really cared
(HAHA!)
Maybe if that were true
Maybe I might love you
But mommy, now we’re THROUGH!
I want out of this fucked up life
So just gimme the goddamn knife

CHORUS

BRIDGE
I was tortured
I was uncared for
I was neglected
No one was there for ME!

VERSE
Laugh it off
And suck it up
You broke my spine
But I’m just fine
So go
Get out of my face
And in my mind
Don’t leave a trace
Of the scars
That you made
Just go oh ho

CHORUS

I think yo ucould use this music for two types of music.

You could make it a rock song, wit ha semi-heavy music for it.
Or you could make it a bit of a.. techno.. Moby-like song. Take Tricky's Revolution Love or Massive Attack's Teardrop as an example. I like the lyrics, but lyrics always have a stronger impression together with music. Good work!^^

Hello there!

This is an interesting lyric though you should rate this 12+ or 16+ for the some mild languages. Aside from that, it was emotional and expressive to the point that this song's dedicated to a mother, right?. I was also thinking of a hard core music playing with this.

Keep writing!

Peace out!
