honey lipped, I take a sip of dew so purely fresh morning-laden, down to rest upon the tips of grass blades one hint of perspiration on my ‘stache, the warmth peaks sunlight spills over green, far as the eye can travel gold illuminates the barn, now rust-colored yet high-standing bold, God smiles down at those who work hard for every inch of this land Our lives our set within its breath.

the raindrop turns from clear to blue as it falls beneath the tides of seas then transforms to a brilliant green that snugs up in the ocean's grass whirls of water suddenly lift it up a mere sparkle is the new raindrop now it glitters over vast waters so far and wide you'll see this droplet caught in a bigger droplet called Earth where any drop can have its greatness

My heart races and will pound Like a jackhammer breaking ground. My feelings make me trip over a word So a jumbled mess is what's heard. Your finger's smallest touch Is what makes me want too much. And the day when I shall fall Is the day I'll lose it all.
We are tripping over stones; I don't know where to step, For if I should stumble And go down I'll hit hard. Not on the comforting grass, But on concrete.
I see it now, what is being, Yes, this is all that I am seeing. So answer one question What was it you saw? And who am I now? Because if I am Pure of the heart, Who are you now, But a martyr from the start?

It's true my dear ones, Never one to commit. Toying with the soul, Grapples onto good; Those supporting hands Are meant to destruct. Playing with a heart And left broken here. The smile that he gave, Those grinning creases, Are all left behind Tucked away in dreams Filled with memories Of what was always And the could-have-been

Wisps of dove-gray dew swim above my face, a tongue-taste away; lace entwined within a finger grasp, not meant to last this long. Pull and push like waves of grace, oh no, no I won’t be going home so stay a little while longer longer while we sway away.
Flickers dimmed by our wretched sins candle molded hot burnings lustful peach, so soft and sweet upon her bed we weep, we weep tired lips from tired tongues taste bitter, salty, and wet.

Faith is for those who believe; Those whose flickering flame is gone, and they can't see through the blackness. They're doubt is gone subsided into steady flow. Thought set straight, we lead into the dark with our heads held high and our hearts, higher. We need that prayer of a hope consisting of necessary comfort.
Faith is not an easy task, because you will not be given light. You're left wondering, hoping, if there's a better world or life beyond what is now. That is faith, my friend. It may be foolish to dream of things we can't see or know, but it's better than facing the darkest unknown.
