These are a few of my haikus. I'm new to haikuland, but I find them fairly relaxing to write and read. I suppose that's why mine are all parts of the unconscious world and darkness.

Night
Dove feathers float
'round light shadows in the night.
I sleep in knowledge.

Sleep
Twisted spires of ice
crack windows made of shadow
in dreams wide awake.

Dream
The squirrel flies high,
hits the stars in an arc sigh,
and then I smile wide.
After all, it is the pen that gives power to the mythical sword.

"For an Assistant Pig-Keeper, I think you're quite remarkable." Eilonwy

"You also shall be Psyche."

"My only regret
all the Butterflies
that I have killed with my car" Martin Lanaux

I really like the image I see when I read Sleep. You captured something that was comforting and then shocked open, and it's really intriguing for me! Maybe for one of your future poems, you could try exploring that image more. Have fun this NaPo. :3
you can message me with anything: questions, review requests, rants
are you a green room knight yet?
have you read this week's Squills?
