I am poetry editor at Inscape, BYU's literary journal. The journal, which accepts fiction, non-fiction, poetry and art, is open to submissions from college students. The deadline is October 3rd. The website is a little outdated, but under "About", you can find submission procedures. Ignore the deadline date there.
This is a print journal, and a great opportunity.
