Chuck Norris cannot be killed. He can only be temporarily inconvenienced, at which point the universe stops all action, until such time as Chuck can be releaved of his situation. Such an action has never occured, and may result in the catostrophic destruction of the universe as we know it.

Poison? There is no poison that affects Chuck Norris, Chuck Norris is the source of all poisons, and is therefor immune.
