Civil War - Guns'n'Roses. Because it is the BEST song I have EVER heard.
Cause i'm a one man,
I'm a one man,
I'm a one man,
I'm a one man revolution.

On a serious note, I have to make 'em play:

Jesus of Suburbia- Green Day (it's not really funeral material, but it's the best song I've ever heard :P)
Glamorous Indie Rock and Roll- The Killers (totally MOI!)
A Rush of Blood To the Head- Coldplay
Für Elise- Beethoven (the only classical piece I can sit through...and it's pretty, too)

For fun:

Haha You're Dead- Green Day  ( *spins in circle*HAHA YOU'RE DEAD YOU'RE GONNA BE DEAD, JUST REMEMBER WHAT I SAIDDDDD... great song)
Graffiti is the most passionate form of literature there is.

Lots and lots of songs

Dream On by Aerosmith
Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven
Fur Elise by Beethoven

lmao maybe even the theme from Lord of the Rings where everyone is reunited at Rivendell at the end of RotK

But I do agree with the people that say they don't want a depressing funeral.
