How do you get pictures on your blog like on the background?

Is it a rating system or something? is it something to do with those random points that appear every now and again? I dont get it!!! I want to put a picture as my background!!!! WHY WONT THEY LET ME!!!!!!??????? sorry...its rather frustrating y'know? its been a boring day..I wanted to decorate my blog..but OH NO! I cant! cos for some reason it aint happening....hmmmm....Gonna get another banana...if someone can help me out on this then I would really appreciate it....thankeeee

Put the URL of the photo in the 'Background Image' box (the one up top).

If it doesn't work...try again...it's very touchy. Also make sure it's in the right format...I think pretty much only JPG and .JPEG are allowed.

ANd the points aren't random .. even if they are currently a littel usless. You get them for posting on the Literacy forums, depending on the lenght of you're post. It's like I kind of reward for critiquing ... but you can't really do anything with them yet.
