I'm a 6-10 hours a week kind of gal, but I'm trying to do more. I get in 30-40 minutes most mornings walking with my dad and sisters, then 3 or 4 hours of Tae Kwon Do per week, plus about an hour and a half of stuff in P.E. class, and then whatever else I can find time to do (usually weights, abs, etc.).

My main exercise "tip" would be to make it compulsory. If you have to go, you will. There are days I work out just because I want to, or days I'm very motivated to push myself, but there are days when I'm tired or sick or just plain lazy, and those are the days that the only reason I get exercise is because I have to. So having something you have to do is helpful.

I'm a gym rat... so that explains why...

Oh well, I only work out about 11 hours a week anyway. No biggie.

I suppose I practice between 1 and 5 hours, more on the low end of it though. ^^; I'm too busy with the comp to exercise, lol. However, school is full of it for me.

I clicked 1-5 hours, but that's during the school year. Right now I'm on holidays I do hardly any.

But during a school week I usually do a lot of walking to and from school, and I seem to hang out with my friends more, which usually means walking to the movies or going swimming.

But I hate exercise, and I've had to quit karate, otherwise it would be much higher. I do a lot of dancing in my room and I try to do push-ups and sit-ups everyday, though I've been lazy recently.
