I have a school assignment I am hoping you can help me out with. I am going to be asking a couple of questions about exercise, and this is the first one.

Definitely do not get enough. I'll be forcing myself this summer, though, like every summer, to get more exercise. Must be a winter thing...

No way. I despise sport and exercise of any kind, and really all I do is walking. There's the ocassional swim, but I don't go much, so I definetely don't get as much exercise as I should.

I wouldn't say I get excersize every DAY, but I do go to karate with my father two times a week for two hours each. And I'm also trying to start a karate club at school, which will give me and others at school about 35 more minutes of excersize.

I do dancing and did horse riding but not in winter becuase its too cold.
trampolining is good exercise too.

im going to start ice dancing as well probably because I stink at it.

I think I do do enough exercise everyday.

You asked if we feel we get enough exercise. That's a very different question from if we do get enough. I'm going to vote no, but I do feel I get enough excercise: I walk to and from the bus stop every day. And then I come home and sit in front of my computer for the rest of the night. Healthy, no?
