This sentence was on a book I just read:

The trees rested like soft, dark blue clouds and tapering , pale, dark towers, asleep.

What is that if not ridiculous? How did it ever get published?
everything i loved
became everything i lost.

So these trees...they've been doing strenuous exercixe lately, and they need a nap.

And they're blue.

They're fluffy like clouds, but they're also tapering like towers.

They're dark, and yet they're pale...

Is this perhaps a book of the worst lines in written history?

*Laughs hysterically*

It's obviously that Tanith Lee (the author) has never been to YWS.

The book's called 'The Claidi Journals' and it's full of other ridiculous sentences. And it's published!

Tanith Lee? And there was me thinking we had a sneak peek at the next Paolini "novel".
There's always been a lot of tension between Lois and me, and it's not so much that I want to kill her, it's just, I want her to not be alive anymore.

I know, so did I.

And now I'm bummed because this won't serve to further prove how much of a (insert choice word here) Paolini is.

Christopher Paolini isn't THAT bad. . . his books are just for people who have never had the experience of critiquing work ^^

And as for the sentence. . . I'm guessing the clouds part is referring to the leaves, and the pale towering part is referring to the trunks. . . . *scratches head* Right?
I have an approximate knowledge of many things.

Is that... the beginnings of a Paolini lover?

Tanith Lee... I read her books a few years ago, and personally, I liked them. And I suppose sentences like that might slip in every book...

But still, quite a funny sentence.
