Even though women are evolutionarily better at multitasking, it is better to take things one at a time. I would recommend that you simply "clean up" your brain by putting subject-specific knowledge into a "drawer" and so on. That really works.
It's all a matter of having a positive view of yourself. You have to start believing in it, then eventually you will take it for granted and build that change.
Positive thinking is the key to success. You have to get into the habit of not taking criticism personally, but seeing it as situational. Then you have to tell yourself every time that you are good the way you are, no matter what others say. In the evening, repeat what you did during the day, which is good. It is important to create positive thinking in your mind. If it doesn't come from you, you can't do it.
This will have a positive effect on your body and mind in the long run. At some point you will no longer just act, but you will be. But it's a long way and you have to accept that you won't see success tomorrow. But give it a try. And every time you have any dark thoughts, smile.
