Hello and welcome for finding your way here. I'll be brief with the point of the game.

We start with a country where the next user has to choose a neighbouring country and post it here. After that, their neighbouring country and so on, is posted here.

The aim is to have fun and maybe even subliminally teach someone a little geography.

Rules:

Always a direct neighbouring country. (Exclaves also count, such as Kaliningrad = Russia, if you are naming Poland.)

Islands or other continents can also be named. Just imagine the world without oceans. (For example, you can go from Portugal, Spain, France to Canada or USA, from Spain to Morocco, etc... it is not so important to be exact, but it has to make sense, so no India - Argentina)

Be careful not to name a country twice if it was in the previous post (India - Pakistan - India would be wrong, but correct would be USA - Canada - USA (Alaska) over to Russia).

Let's start with a totally friendly and not at all controversial country, as it has like Russia the most neighbouring countries, 14.

Geography was fun. Until we had to memorize the names of all the rivers of the country and their locations....

Kazakhstan

Oh, yeah that can be hard, but I don´t know I just think it´s fun, especially if you look at maps from earlier where countries that don´t exist anymore are on it, like the GDR or Yugoslavia. Especially with all the flags. While other people were playing with dolls I was drawing flags... xD

Uzbekistan

My brother was mostly the one drawing flags in our childhood. I once drew a picture of the world when I was a kid, with Australia in the middle and Antarctica in the west. It was mostly just blobs inside a blue circle with the only names I could remember back then.

Turkmenistan

Oh, wow. I once did the same, and I think besides some countries in Africa it was actually pretty accurate.

Iran

Well, you have many talents. I don't!

Iraq

You just haven´t found your talents yet. Try different things out!

Turkey

I'll try that when I am not too busy being lazy. Speaking of which I 'll have to go soon. Its again 3am!

Syria

Try to think about something you want to do while being lazy.
3 am isn´t late, it´s already early. But I have to go soon too.
