Granted, it turns out all they talk about is how much they want to hump things and how much they want to eat other things while humping those first things. Then poop out the things they want to eat while still humping things.

Granted, but it took all of the tax payers money and everything they had to make it, an now everyone is broke. They begin starving to death and then everything else begins to die as a result.

Granted but every time you do so, the energy of the universe you leave is destroyed in the process. Meaning you are meeting a re-constructed universe version of the past or future. As you left no version exist anymore where events lead to your birth. So you are left without a home or family to return to.

I wish I have the focus to draw the comics I want to draw.

Granted, but as you focus on the book, you focus too hard and forget to eat, sleep, drink etc. And no one can break your concentration, no matter what they do. Eventually you die of dehydration.
