@Demeter's post from awhile ago :): No, it hasn't. Although I have posted it a couple times (don't look at my About the Authors!)

It's six letters and the second one is an A. And it's American, probably originally British. And there are lots of different spellings for it so you might guess the name but not the spelling which is okay. And I have no idea what your middle name is. Sorry :P
