Count up until a GM zeroes it

This game is a lot like "count up until a mod zeroes it" except, only Global Moderators (those with dark green usernames) or Admins (those with red names) are allowed to zero the count. JMs and distinguished mods cannot zero it. We start at one and keep counting up until someone resets it at zero.

Tagging GMs/Admins is not allowed!!!!
