This thread can be used for members to reccommend authors and poets to others on the site. So, if you think that a piece of poetry or a novel or two would help someone with the structure and technicalities [have I spelt that right?] then just post up links and names on here for people to see.

Personally, I think that Seamus Heaney is a specially good poet for things that include a lot of emotion. He uses some good language and the imagery is great.

Then, for the author who likes to write fantasy fiction novels, I think Kelly Armstrong's set of books are great for some sort of idea and how to not let your ideas and imagination run wild.
