A Poem to Ponder
There are times when we need not to read, rather to understand. Hit it.

There are times when we tend to lose hope. When everything is down, all of the world seem to be an empty cradle. However, why not ask ourselves what is hope first? We're sure to say that we're without it, yet how can we explain what hope is?

Well, Pencil2paper has an answer to that, and it can be heard in the form of a poem! Yes, this week's poem spotlight is on Pencil2paper's piece, Hope Is A Light! Let's give the both of them a big round of applause for letting us know what hope actually is!

What makes this piece interesting as a poem is the very radiant use of different sources of light, like a destructive fire or calm lamp light, to describe hope. This form of figurative language adds up to the balance of sweet taste and brittle bitterness which come in two's in each stanza. The poem is finished in an impacting line

Pencil2Paper wrote:This is the juxtaposition of hope.

which tends to bring every stanza into one wholeness that is the definition of hope.

If you've got the time, why not take a look at this week's poem on the spotlight?
