I'm not sure if you're talking about changing the genre and placement of your novel on YWS, or changing the genre as in rewriting your book.
If you're talking about moving it on YWS, then you can PM a Junior Moderator or a Moderator with a link to the story and where you'd like it to be moved.
If you're talking about rewriting the novel, then why not give us a little more information about it?
