You go here: clubs (the club tab) and then search to see if a similar club already exists by typing topic words in the search bar, if you don't find what you're looking for then on the right-hand side of the screen you can click "Create Club" then you can decide whether it's a public or private club, pick admins or officers, and share to whomever you want.

hey I tried this same thing, and I couldn't find the thing that said CREATE CLUB. I tried and tried and tried but it just wasn't there. did you change it in the past year?
@WritingIsFun for me if I click clubs then look under my point count there's a blue button that says "create club" it should be available to everyone who has written a few reviews I think. @magebird I think you took screenshots to explain how to make a club before could you help me here I'm not sure if I'm explaining in the clearest way.
