I checked out your profile to see if it was a legitimate bug, or if you were confused, and I saw that you were already following three people. Following someone is easy, really: just click on the link beneath their avatar that says "Follow ________" For me, it would say "Follow Lumi".

If there's an actual bug keeping you from following folks, post it here after following the directions in Nate's first post.
