Hey, that is pretty good.

I think the rain is a little overdone and the right eye (our left) is smaller than the other one.

Did you use another image to do this?

It two pictures i merged and ajusted a White tiger and a Tiger

Yes. The rain is pretty overdone. It's not hitting off the what ever its ment to be, which should, as it's rain, and rain bounces when its so heavy. =/

Also, I would try to blur the bottom bit of the tiger one, to blend in with the white cat thing, sorry I don't know anything about animals. =/

That is acctually really good, the lines going through it make it really affective, so carry on with computer art.

Thats not really digital art, more like photo manipulation.
Yeah when it rains its usually darker, so fiddle with saturation.
