A cybork is just a normal ork (40k), only about 50-100% cybernetic parts, crudly smashed together in an attempt to make the perfect ork.
Sometimes the ork turns into gibbering mass of death, immune to pain and reason, built only to cause terror.
Sometimes the dok runs short of materials.
