I like the strange little people in the first one (on the right hand side) and I didn't realise the first one was female until I read the the replies and she has very strange ears... The second one is good though.

I think what's off on the first one's pose, is the right arm's positon. But I like 'em. Personally I though the first one was female, I think the reason for the confusion is the angle we are getting.
