It reminds me of the illustrations in Inkheart. Points for that.

Another amazing Drawing!!

The only crit. I have is that the left side(our left) is not as clear as the right. There's not much you can do about that, assuming that you did this picture in pen as well.

The owl's right wing is a little less detailed than his left, so if you could just add some feather texturing...

and yes, the owl is a little odd, but that gives him character and "spunk" I like him. He seems like a character in a story who is a little eccentric. *shrugs*

Other than that, I really liked it! :D

-Sea-
'Let's eat Grandma!' or, 'Let's eat, Grandma!' Punctuation saves lives.

Reviews? You know you want one. :)

you say that on side is more detailed than the other - i copied the right side and pasted it to the left! so i dont know how thats possible! :D
well the light was supposed to be falling on the owl from the left side, so that is why the left wing is lighter than the other side, and the same with the face
:D
thankyou for your nice reviews! :D

Wow, really pretty! What book was this from? The only things that look a little odd are the eye to the right side and the left side of the border on the bottom. Otherwise this looks great, as your work always does. ;D

One of the owls eyes is not as defined as the other, other than that this is pretty good, I love the detail you put into things.
Is anything going to go into the middle of it?

Ackk!!

How do you do that??

All your drawings are so professional!!

You should be an illustrator, seriously.

This picture is very magical ,I like complicated book borders (like in Inkspell by Funke)

Maybe you should colour bits of the picture, make in colourful with four colours: violet, blue and silver and ... oh, yellow.

Very impresssive!
Calvin : You can't just turn on creativity like a faucet. You have to be in the right mood.
Hobbes : What mood is that?
Calvin : Last-minute panic.
