I got Dono a pad for x-mas. And I was just messing around while he's at work.

Is there a trick to using these? patience?

That looks cool :-D His belt has an upside down heart! ha ha.

I'd have no idea how to use them; I can't even draw stick figures.

Yeah, does it have pressure sensitivity?
Thats the biggest trick of the bag for tablets.
I'm looking at your lines, but its really hard to tell. From the looks of it, yeah.

Need tips? A tablet does not make you a better artist. Some people think that once they get a tablet, their digital art skillets will rocket.
You still need to understand color, strokes, techniques... etc.
You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, instead, you should read every single book to see what every book is about before you even come close to judging its viability.

Yeah it definitely doesn't make someone better at art, to start it really makes it worse with the learning curve and all. I've got a way to go, w/ color especially.

And it is pressure sensitive, you can kinda tell if you look at the line that goes down do his knee.

Yeah, it looks like you have a little pressure sensitivity, but if you're like me I like it all the way up at the most sensitive setting. Try messing with the settings until you get the feel that you like. But then again, if it's not yours, you probably can't mess with it much. *shrug* That's my suggestion. Haha.

And the right forearm is really skinny... just pointing that out. :P
