It's really nice, but, I have two questions,
1) Why are there only leaves on one half of the tree?
2) Not really a question, but, why are the roots splayed out so much?

Hehehe, with the roots like that, it looks like the tree is jumping on a trampoline! :D

And Wacom tablet? Oooo... yummy. :D

1) The tree is diseased.
2) I put a very large firecracker in the bottom of it.

Nay, I just didn't feel like finishing it. xD

I see the art!

and the rage.

Eh.. The texture is good on the tree. I like the disconjointed limbs and leaves, though it could benefit from a light source.
You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, instead, you should read every single book to see what every book is about before you even come close to judging its viability.

Hmm... this is what modern art is all about.

Wow... I love this one, Waffles! Honestly, lol. I think I'd buy a print like that for my dorm room. And maybe it's just my symbolism-crazy mind, but I find the fact that there are leaves only on side of the tree incredibly significant... and the way the branches resolve and/or are formed out of nothingness (the white background)? You're making my art dork self very happy. :D

The lines also vaguely remind me of traditional Japanese art... was that done on purpose? It creates a nice contrast between the rather zen appearance at first glance and the unsettling, fantastical qualities of the content.

Oo I'm reading too much into this, aren't I?

firstly, CONGRATULATIONS ON GETTING SUCH A MEOWTASTIC AVATAR!!!!

secondle, this certainly is a 'leafly' drawing. i like the way the tree is half leafed and half not. (sorry for inventing words...but they are good,no?)
but how come you haven't marked the soil? but then again i love the drawing th eway it is!

go green!!

nice environmental message too!
