I don't know exactly what happened to this person, but I can infer. First, someone stitched a second and much larger head onto-- his?-- shoulder, then forced probably him to go on starvation diet, and then had him stick his feet into-- well, whatever it is, certainly isn't water, not with ripples like those. It's probably not even a fluid.

I like this picture, it's very interesting. Which makes me use my mind
The things that catch my eye is one; the right hand side, that shadow is a bit strange. At lest I think its a shadow. Two; The fence or bench that they/he is sitting on doesn't really end. I think maybe it should. But that's just my opinion. (Always try it in pencil and see, always erase it)

I have to say I pretty much agree with Waterlilygirl. This is definitely a very interesting piece of art here, and I honestly thing this is waaaaay better than anything I could do. The bench-like thing looks kind of like it's going through his/her leg, instead of under it. Maybe change the angle of it? Otherwise, I do like it. It's different.

I am going to have to disagree with you and say that it's a girl. The person has too big of hips to be a girl, and I think you know what else..... And also, it's face looks like a girl.

What I think she's sitting on is a dock of some sort, maybe even a sidewalk....that got flooded, or a flooded bridge.

I love how you made the ripples in the liquid/water stuff, stand out so well. I love how the picture is in black and white, i think it shows more emotion. I like how the two heads have different amounts of shading, which help to show that they don't seem to fit together - which i like.
i think the shadow in bottom right corner is weird, it goes in a different direction to the shadow of the hand.
