Here's some photos I've taken recently, I thought they looked pretty good, but I'm still an amateur though!

Hey there! These are all very good in themselves, but they're rather clichéd subject matter. It's your job to make photos so interesting, so new, so unconventional that we're all glued to the screen for hours. However, this might bring an angry mob around your ears, so play it safe.
Actually, I'm being funny. These pictures are good (there's always a need for normal photos in this world) but I think you can make them good-er. Since you've already taken them, I suggest you use some photo editor to make it different somehow. Filter a texture over it, change the lighting, the exposure, add sunspots, lens flares, frames, Japanese characters, whatever it takes.
Because, as it is (and I apologize in advance if this offends you) it's boring.

They're defiantly good, for an amatuer.But like Jenthura said, it could use some photo editing. I don't know about you, but for the first one, I think it would look nice if you blurred the immediate background and maybe made the leaves slightly duller, then the flower would really pop and you wouldn't have done anything to the flower itself!

For the second one I have no advice for what you should do to it, but it does look the slightest bit boring, you see these things all of the time. Not that it's bad, I love the picture, I love pictures like that. I'm just saying, well, really, I'm not sure what I'm saying at the moment =] But i do like the second one better than the first one.

These are very nice. I agree with what the others said about them being slightly cliche though. I don't think that matters though if they are well taken, in which you succeeded.

Picture one has a very nice focus, but the green background seems to overpower it. I don't know anything about photo editing, but making the white stand out more would be better,

Picture two is lovely. I love nature scenes like this. My issue is that the middle seems blanched out, which gives it an unprofessional feel.

I liked these a lot! I didn't know you were a photograhper.

I like the flower one, the whit on green is really nice.
I must say, for an ametuer you seem to have figured out a main technique pretty fast. In a photography workshop I took part in, the instructor taught us a "pathway technique" you use a path somewhere in the picure to guide the eye. Your's is a simple path but it isn't plain. I really liked it.

Well, my opinion towards the pictures remains the same, but you (as an amateur photographer) have definitely gone up in my book. Anyone who can take pictures as nice as these without editing them is a good photographer, but to be a really good one, you need to know how to edit (professionals are those who can turn out stunning photos without having to edit). I know being 'pure' can sound much nicer, but it's almost always a good idea to tweak the exposure or color just a little.
