Drawing of two horses

I am an amateur artist, and uh, I'm only 11... So, could you tell me what you think of my drawing? BTW, I had to take a webcam photo of my drawing because I couldn't find the cable to connect the camera and my printer with the scanner is not connected to this computer... Er, enjoy?

PS. people have told me "that horses head is angled really weird!". I know, I made a mistake...

It's definitely a nice start, but it does need some work.
The main points: a horse's 'forehead' (for lack of a better word) is usually a bit concave instead of flat, as you have here. The placement of the ears feels a bit wonky to me, and the eyes are too big.
Also, yes, the neck/head angle is weird.
Here's a quick redline of how I think it should be:
Keep in mind this is just a guideline: it's rough, but I hope it can give you an idea of how to fix a few elements.

I started drawing when I was 11. But your ahead of me, back then I did my awesome graffiti(my own letters), haha, your doing animals. And no one is ever a amateur artist, everyone has their own styles- think of it this way a little kid- around 7- can have no experience of how to draw, yet they do it because of their imagination(if that makes sense lol).
I love the horses hair, I can never get my hair to go like that , btw theyre right, the first one overlapping the second has a weird angle. And love the eyes! You did an awesome job there. I like the shading and good you know where your light is. A question are horses neck that long? Im not really accustomed on how horses are.

Okey-dokey. You did a fairly good job on the horses' hair and ears. I like your style. But, you need to work on your horses' head...shape.

Yes, the shape of their heads! Look at these two nice horses here. The horses in the photograph have longer heads, and thinner/less chunky heads. You need to especially make sure that you narrow the snout area on your horse heads.

I could also see that you were trying to add depth in the snout area of both of your horses, which is great! But, make your shading darker, along with all the other lines. Or maybe your lines look lighter because of your scanner, or because of your camera.

OK, I like the horse manes and their 'faces'. But for some reason we don't see the far eye on both of the horses. There are some lines and marks in the background--is it grass? And the neck of the horse in the back seems...long somehow. We don't see the inner outlines of the ears of the horse in front, either. And maybe you could outline your lines a little darker? But otherwise, your horses look great and much better than I could ever do!

I don't think you're bad at all! These horses heads have a good basic proportion, there's not any clear mistakes a part from the lack of a body, but then that doesn't matter. I think you could improve on the line texture, shading and outlining of your horses though. I love a good bit'a shading! Anyway, I suggest you give it a basic light cross-hatch or hatch shade across the entire horse, chose and angle of light and thicken up the shading in the opposite direction! Be wild! Shading can be so much better if you add layer after layer; there's no need to just put a touch here and there. Take 1920s cartoonists or 2000 AD comic artists for example. I also think, if you do shade, you need to give the horse a thick outline, make it bold or perhaps even surreal by doing it in a sketchy fashion. I like the eyes on the horses though, they're very good .
