Where's the picture? :D Don't worry, this happens to every one. Try clicking that little 'Upload Attachment' tab below the submission box.

EDIT: That's weird. Either you fixed in the few seconds I was away, or my internet failed me again.
Anyways, it's a good picture, what with the beautiful pony (I'm sure you're proud) and the somewhat useful lighting, but I think you could have done better.
Try finding an angle that is not only more flattering, but more interesting. A straight-on from the side photo holds very little interest.
Maybe a little closer as well, we can see the forest behind, and a largish patch of grass to all sides of the pony. I believe such space really just waters down the other nice bits of the photo.
Keep working!

I had to keep resizing it so I think that's why it didn't show up.

thanks for your advice :D

It's sooo cute! I love the picture; the sunlight works with the horse. Amazing! :D

ArahniaSeddel:
She was not nice. You could barely ride her and she was head shy.
Wild@heart: You should of tried centering her a little more.
Other then that I like it. The lighting is wonderful!
Keep clicking!!! Can't wait to see more of your work.

Aww! That is a freakin' adorable pony! It's a very cute picture. The sun shines on her just right. I think it would look better with less background, though. It's a little overwhelming to have so much gray and neutral color. Maybe photoshop the grass a bit greener to play it up too, eh? Nice work, overall.

Hiya,

This is really a beautiful picture! Is that a Shetland? He's really an adorable pony-- did he know that you were taking a picture of him? It seems so natural, so serene-- I absolutely love how you captured the the lighting, grass, and trees in the background.

Just a few comments! First, if you look at the border image closely, you'll notice it seems kind of tilted and off-balanced. I'm not sure if this was due to the way you shot this, or the terrain of the setting, but it somewhat clashes with the serenity of the whole picture, so try to keep that in mind when you take more pictures, especially nature shots. Another thing I didn't really like is that the pony kind of seems like he's been shoved to the side. We know we're supposed to be focusing on the pony, yet our eyes are drawn to extra grass on the side, and it's distracting.

Anyway, you're a good photographer, so keep it up, and PM me if you need anything further.

Thanks everyone for the advice and compliments.

Elinor, yes it is a Shetland pony, and he is a she. :)

Thanks again!

The simple truth is that authors like making people squirm. If this weren't the case, all novels would be filled completely with cute bunnies having birthday parties.
