This is a puppy there was in the stables my mother's horse is in now. We gave it a carrot to play with and she was so cute.

That's a nice picture. But, I would suggest you to reduce the size of the file before uploading. It makes it so much easier for the reviewers. You could use this software called tinypic. It's very useful. So, my nitpicks: 1. Background: The background doesn't really compliment the puppy's coat. To hide this, I would suggest you to apply Black and white filter onto the photo and leaving the carrot alone coloured. 2.Angle : Well, the angle makes me want to tilt my head. That is a sign of bad angle. So, remember if you look at a photo slightly tilting your head, you know it has bad angle. For such a photo,you could use a free rotate photo on softwares like Picasa. Even if some clipping occurs, your photo looks better.

Hey! I know that Lava has already commented on this, but I'll say that I had the same troubles sizing my pictures when I first started trying to upload them. These are the sites I've found helpful:
http://www.picresize.com/ (That's the one that really helped me out. My pictures were around your size and all I had to do was use this website.)
Anyway, I'd like to say that although the background doesn't compliment the dog, it really is a cute pic. But, I could barely see it all since the sizing issue. The angle is a little odd, although I like it since the dog is like that. It really is a beautiful dog:) But, something about it seems a little too random. I think you could find a way to make it more artistic, which could be done by taking the picture with a different angle. Well that's all I really have to say:)
