....you look at this thread and say, oh my god, you're right! every few milliseconds.

You know you're a writer when you watch a movie and comment on the way the dialogue is written.

Not sure if this has already been done:
You know you're a writer when you watch a movie and think that it would make an awesome book. Then you look everywhere to see if it has been made into a book.

I know this because I've done if before. I have novels to every single one of favorite films, almost.

Guilty. Except I go around the house and have to tell somebody (anybody) that my plot finally fell into place.
