It seems interesting. It makes me think of either a fantasy story or something relating to a family story. I don't know why the second one. I would at least read the back to see what it's about.
The "Concrete Skulls" thing made me think of a paranormal murder mystery where there's a murderer going about killing people by turning their heads to concrete. Which actually sounds like a pretty awesome way to die/kill, and I'm going to write it down while I still have a hold of it. "Shattered Confines" sounds like the sort of harlequin romance with a Spanish male holding a woman in a dramatic dress while overlooking a sunset or something.
Either a series of funny, wacky stories about a really cool shop full of little animals from Jim Henson's Creature Shop, or something completely different. So comepletely different that I don't know what it'd be about. But the title could be translated a few ways, so I'd probably pick it up to see what the blurb on the back was.

"TV makes sense. It has logic, structure, rules, and likeable leading men. In life, we have this."
A story about an orphan child that goes to a re-homing family but it's never accepted. Well treated, nice clothes, everything except for one thing... Never was accepted well in the family, there was something missing.
