Okay...this is kind of a retake of an earlier storybook me and my friends made...This time, jasminebells and I will co-run it.
Traveling across the countryside, not too far into the future, there is a circus, simply known as the Circus Outcast, which is run by orphaned teens. They all have special powers, the reason that they have banded together. The Outcasts, as they call themselves, do not know their true origins, although, this will come into the plot...
The Outcasts are a troubled group, and they are constantly on the run from the authorities (they are strange, empowered teens, after all). There is also dissent from within, as there are some nice Outcasts, and some...not-so-nice ones. The not-so-nice ones believe that they should use their powers to dominate normal people, while the nice ones are opposed to this idea, to some extent. These groups will EVENTUALLY clash.
But that's not all. For, unbeknownst to the Outcasts, the authorities are not just chasing them because they're underage. No, something much more sinister is behind that, which the Misfits will find out all to soon.

Why are all of the Outcasts teens? Why is the government so interested in them? And can the Outcasts of good keep their evil companions at bay?

The authorities are closing in. Fights are breaking out among friends. And unknown to everyone involved, something is about to happen that will change the world forever...

Name: Jadie

Age: 15

Power/Circus Act: Cat-like agility - The traipse/gymnastics

Appearance:

Personality: She's quite cat like, independent, fierce, some what mischievous. She's not a person who would start a fight, unless provoked, then she will strike back. She likes to spend most of her time alone, but when confronted she will socialize, she may not enjoy it, but she will speak. She's one of those, shoot first ask questions later types, when it comes to fighting. Best way to take her down, is to chat her up. She's not really open to a relationship, but when she does find that 'the one' she will know, and she will be loyal to them, and them alone. She spends a lot of time working out.

Weaknesses: Focusing while fighting, chatting with her and messing with her head while she's trying to beat the life out of you can distract her long enough for you to take her down. Can't swim, she never has, and probably never will, she isn't fond of swimming. Doesn't think things through before acting, so in other words, if you're being chased, she won't look for a hiding place, she's running as far as she can as fast as she can. Can't read, she never learned how to, but that's her little secret.

Strengths: Hand at hand fighting, if not distracted, she can through one heck of a punch. Fast, she can run fast for long periods of time, so also good Statima. She can stay awake for hours, and see better at night then during the day.

Likes: Running, twisting, gymnastics, dancing, napping during the day, pushing herself to her next limit.

Dislikes: Rain, swimming, large animals and dogs, fire, being bugged while asleep, being nagged.

Power/Circus Act: ok... so, after talking it over with my managers, I am going to summon spirits. Dragon spirits. So, I might be walking around with a black dragon behind me, or something. HE likes to have dragons with him, and three are at his command; Jeb, a black dragon and Nack, a white dragon. Jeb is always with him.The dragons aren't evil, like in the picture; they go whichever way Luke goes. They have limited Magical abilities.Oh, and dragon's don't have genders, there 'its'. He always has another dragon spirit he is trying to make devoted to him. If he gets another, I'll put it's picture up.

Never as cheery as in the picture.


Personality: He's solemn and in the corner, when he isn't training his spirits, if you look at him as a stranger.He's incredibly shy. He's not a very good performer, either. He's loyal to the few friends he has. usually makes one enemy for every few friend, you either love him or you hate him sort of guy. He almost always will put his dragons before people. He's fun to be around when he's a friend, ans his personality warps when it's just him and friend(s). He becomes a cheery, carefree boy, though he is sometimes over the top when like this.



Strengths:spirits, strength (emotional), keeps a cool head. hates power.


Weakness:not many allies, puts dragons before people. hates power.


Likes: Dragons, animals, friends

Dislikes: Power, cruelty, mean people


Other: Killed his father. He always has a bracelet with a locket. In it the locket has his two dragon's pictures which allows him to summon his dragons without having to do the whole meditating thing, but he still has to meditate when calling other spirits. Love? If you want him...

Name: Nick

Age: 15

Power/Act: Can teleport himself and other objects he touches to any place, a co-founder of the circus, magician.

Appearance: Medium height, bright red hair, huge mass of freckles, pointy nose, green eyes, always wears a bright red shirt and jeans, with Converse and a black top hat.

Personality: Talkative, but knows when to shut up, tries to be friendly with everyone, strongly dislikes killing, generally positive, but prone to fits of sarcasm.

Weaknesses/Strengths: If he has to use weapons, he teleports things to make the enemy mess up, he can also use a sword very well, he always listens to everyone's point of view before voicing his opinion, he will not leave anybody behind if they are in danger, even if it means risking his own life.

Likes: All types of food, talking, laughing, being the center of attention, friends, his violin.

Dislikes: people who bring others down, cold, being sad.

Other: Up for love.

Name: Kili Joy

Age: 13

Power/Act: She can change and influence people's emotions, she can make them sad, happy, jealous...murderous, any emotion you can think of, she is the member of the circus who sells tickets and takes tips, something she can do very easily by making people feel very generous...

Appearance: She is small and blonde, with murky blue eyes and a face reminiscent of a fox, she always wears an old white tee-shirt and faded jeans.

Personality: She is clever and sly and always works to her own ends, she just stays with the circus because it's best for her at the moment, she can kind of fade into the background and listen, figuring out what everybody is doing, she can be a vicious fighter (archer), but she usually just makes her opponents feel very friendly towards her.

Weaknesses/Strengths: She can only influence a person if they are unaware and unprepared for that kind of mental invasion, everyone who knows her in the circus always has mental barriers up to block her, she's a good fighter when cornered, and typically has a bow and a sheath of arrows near at hand.

Likes: Making people do stupid things, laughing when they do, making scathing comments, ripping people off, people not noticing her.

Dislikes: People resisting her, people insulting her, quietness, peace.

Others: Up for love, but you'll probably never get her.

Age: 18


Power/Circus Act: Shape shifter. She can transform into pretty much any person. No animal transformations or mystical creatures, just different people. To try and keep the act looking as 'mundane' and circus-like as possible she uses dry ice or smoke clouds before each transformation. Not a very exciting power, almost like a quick change act but entertaining enough.

Appearance:
Tall and pale, almost sallow skinned with gray eyes that are a little too large. Like she has been in a basement for most of her life, but not ugly. Shoulder length blood red hair and very very dark strong eyebrows. Slightly angled bangs and very thin. Bordering on too thin but not quite there. Strong jaw line, square shaped face with a long neck and long fingers. Could be graceful if she carried herself better. Her favorite clothes and most often worn outfit is a faded forest green long sleeve shirt with a slouchy brown crouched vest. Skinny jeans and ankle boots.


Personality: She is a meek individual who was abused as a child and is incredibly self conscious. She has never been in any kind of a relationship even though she is eighteen and pleasant looking, she things she doesn't know how to be a good girlfriend so why even bother. She loves preforming though, for years she thought she was a freak for having her talent but now showing it off is her private joy. Though she would never tell any one else that. She also is a natural flirt. Even though she things she does not know how to be in a relationship she unconsciously flirts more than she realizes.


Weaknesses/Strengths:
Strengths are her confidence in her special 'power' or talent. And she is very confident in this talent with good reason, she has master the skill of becoming another person quite well. Her weakness is her seeming lack of personality as her own person, though she cam mimic others personalities so well.


Likes/Dislikes:
Likes: Singing and drawing but would never dream of doing either in public. Or showing her drawings to any one. She is not an awesome artist, mediocre. And her voice could be beautiful if she worked on it more.
Dislikes: The opposite sex. So far.

Atticus Green Member of the evil circus....or some thing like that.


Age: 17



Power/Circus Act: Touch physic. Once he touches some one (probably an audience member while he is doing the act) he instantly knows their darkest secrets, their private joys and what is coming for them in the future.

Appearance: Tall and slender, long black hair usually worn in a braid down his back or in a pony tail. Big green eyes and a small fine mouth that almost looks as if it should belong to a woman. He is a "pretty boy" and has a slightly long and gently hooked nose, almost like a raven. He usually wears an old black button up with faded jeans and black sandals.


Personality:
Painfully sarcastic and sometimes bordering on hurtful. He likes making biting remarks and flirting with just about any one he can get his hands on. Men included. He is very charming and even though he a a "player" reputation he always seems genuine with every woman he is with. He is also seemingly innocent which makes it easier for people to trust him and easier for him to pull people into his tricks.


Weaknesses/Strengths
Strengths, he is physically very strong even though he is incredibly tall, he is quite powerful and strong.
His only weakness is he is secretly sensitive to certain things like death since he can see what will happen to the people he touches in the future. He hides it well but some times it threatens to bubble to the surface.


Likes/Dislikes:
He likes the ladies, and dislikes when a woman or girl appears immune to his charms.

Name: Catarina Fountain (People usually call her Cat or Rina)



Age: 16



Power/Circus Act: She's a shapeshifter into different animals she can also talk to them telepathically. She's the lion tamer.



Appearance: Black hair down to her waist. Silvery green eyes like a cats high cheekbones and a very fine bone structure. She is extremely slim and doesn't look as strong as she is.



Personality: ,Around friends she is sweet, sarcastic, funny, optimistic, sassy, bold, courageous, and a good listener Around people she doesn't know she is cautious, quiet and on guard the rest of the qualites are the same



Weaknesses/Strengths Weakness: She has a gluten deficiency so if she doesn't have sugar she passes out, She is very hot tempered and is not afraid to speak her mind. She broke her wrist when she was younger and every now and then it goes numb and she has to force it to move.She may join the bad side if she feels there is no hope left.b Suffers from intense headaches the only way she can get rid of them is if she lays down Strength's: She is very good with animals, She is a brilliant researcher and can recall every single thing she has ever read. She has a ideographic memory. She is brilliant at reading lips. She can fight with anything you give her even her bare hands., and cooking




Likes/Dislikes: Likes: running singing dancing writing drawing quiet animals reading and coming up with poems and songs. Dislikes: Not having freedom, people thinkingshe's weak, not having music, and animal cruelty.



Other: She's Wiccan and always wears a pentacle if she's nervous or scared she'll rub the pentacle. She named all the big cats they use in the circus. The lions are Brutus and Caesar, the tiger is Raksha, the panther which is the one she loves the most is Wraith, the leapord is Apollo and the snow leapord is Io. She wears a black choker with a silver cat hanging from it and claims it brings her luck. She found a wolf cub and raised it and named it Tskinnak.

Name: Ashley-Marie. Some call her Misty, some call her Shadow, some call her Curly, but some just call her Ashley-Maire. It all just depends on the person.

Age: 16

Power/Circus Act: She's almost like a ghost. She can move through solid objects and she can also turn invisable.

Appearance: Ashley-Marie has thick hair that is so black, it almost seems a little blue when in the light. They curl in ringlets and reach down to the bottom of her back. Her eyes are a misty gray rimmed with silver. She's five feet five inches and pretty petite. She always wears either a skirt or a dress. She normally wears dark colors. She also always either wears combat boots or hightops, because they're easier to move around in.

Personality: Ashley-Marie is a very funny person, she's so shy most people don't know. She has some trust issues, but she's trying really hard to change that. She's an extremely sweet girl, perhaps the kindest person you'll meet. She sometimes dazes off or zones out, almost like she's in another world. She has a really big heart. She believes in living in the moment and taking in the beauty of the world around you.

Weaknesses/Strengths: Weaknesses-Has some trust issues, has trouble going to sleep, and is really shy.
Strengths-Can turn invisable, can move through solid objects, good at being quiet. She's also really good at cooking and sewing

Likes/Dislikes: Likes-being able to turn invisable (because she's so shy), her close friends, skirts, dresses, combat boots, hightops, nature, living in the now.
Dislikes-People who don't understand that it'll take her a while to get used to them, pushy and bossy people, new people, people she doesn't know getting to close to her.

Other: Up for love...if you can handle her.
