Likes to keep himself to himself, but some times has random outbursts of emotion. He is a thinker and can usually use his intelligence to get him out of scrapes that he is always getting into. Image Name Kyran Power Ability: He can control/absorb energy, including life force. Weakness: Can be merciless. He doesn't hold a very high regard for Human life. Something from his past made him how he is and he refuses to talk about it.

Personality: A guy who generally remains calm even when things are going badly. If someone he likes or respects is in danger, and he will agree to help immediately.
Flaws: If you do not hold his respect then don't expect any help. Not selfish, but definitely won't go out on a whim for people. Doesn't expect anyone will be able to hurt him without him knowing about it.
Ability: Telepathy (Being able to read minds and communicate in them without talking)

I was gonna make a peridido beach character but i guess i'll make a coates. Or would you guys like to focus on the normal kids versus the mutated kids?

Appearance: He's tall, skinny, and has long gangly arms. His hair is dyed black with red tips that he spiked so now it looks like flames. His eyes are brown but he wears contacts to change the color sky blue. The combination of his pale skin and bags under his eyes make him look like a ghost.
Personality: People tend to steer clear of him because of his strange appearance. Devin doesn't say much and his unsocial nature makes those around him uncomfortable.
Flaws: He can't swim. In fact, he's afraid of large bodies of water and won't go near any beaches or pools even.
Ability: Devin has the ability to attract matter towards his body like some sort of human magnet. He can also switch and repel matter( this includes: people, animals, trees, cars, garbage cans, and on one occasion his great aunt, etc...).
Side: Coates
Background: His father is a successful businessman and his mother's a lawyer. He's visited all sorts of places such as: Britain, New York, Germany, Thailand, and Hong Kong. His parents were always too busy to pay attention to him so he did things on his own. He's often alone and he's used to being alone. He's attended private schools all over the world and was expelled out of almost everyone because of his appearance. The kids at school feared him and many picked fights with him. And Devin never had anything against hurting a few kids. He's failed the 10th grade five times and has a record of anger management issues. Everything was fine until one of his last schools found a butterfly knife in his locker.
