The sound of foot steps came haunting down towards him. The boy threw himself behind the dumpster clutching his dirt covered hands to his forehead. Voices burst past the street leaving a frightening echo behind.
A piece of paper fluttered towards the boys rag covered feet. In large red font, the words ‘Cirque’ imprinted on the top. Frowning, he moved his pale hand towards the piece of paper, his eyes glistening with interest.
Something moved above his head, a shadow casting down upon him. Looking up his hands grabbed at the piece of paper, clutching at his chest protectively. Voices began to echo down the streets, booming and laughing.
The boy lunged to his feet, sprinting towards the exit. A growl burst through the shadows, windows bursting at its velocity. A gust of wind forced the piece of paper out of the boy’s hand.
The boy stopped staring down at the piece of paper. A blood curdling scream ricocheted off the walls. The piece of paper floating away, the tips were now a stark red.
Cirque: The Show must go on.
Roll up; roll up for the most fantastic experience of a life time, which promises to be a 'Heart Stopping'! You, yes you, have the potential to meet the premiere of the amazing Kenyan acrobats and watch as they flip to amazingly new feats.
The Twin charmers, as they charm their way around the most dangerous creatures this world has ever seen. See the amazing Wolf man and our very own Snake Boy! Two creatures of dark tales...All this and many many many more at the one and only "Cirque" featuring tonight, and tonight only.
Rules of Cirque:
-No talking when the head master comes onto the stage.
-When the show starts, no one is to move unless they are prepared for the consequences.
-Everyone is to sit in the seat issued to them.
-None of the events occurring at the circus are to be taped, taken a picture of or even discussed when outside in the open world.
The circus has come into town on a one night premier. Only the lucky ones are able to see these amazing feats that 'Cirque' has to offer. Held at Golden Gate park, in the lower of New York City, it isn't something widely known about.
Only the most special are chosen to have a ticket, and it isn’t something to be ignored. All around the city few people are being given tickets, at no price, but to come for the show of their lives.
Without a ticket, there is no entry to the circus. It is warned before entry that all goers must listen to the instructions the conductor conveys, or else it might be fatal. The Cirque is no place for the faint of hearted, nor the scared and the feeble. If the wrong person was to get the ticket, horrifying death is inflicted upon them.
You are one of the lucky people to have been given a ticket for some unknown reason. Going to the circus you suspect it will be any old ordinary thing, though, you are just about to find out it's more dangerous then it seems.
