Thomas Masquerade-

((The person I'm about to kill is just s random person, not one of you guys.))

Thomas adjusted his mask and waited beside the door as the guests began to arrive. A young girl with blonde hair in a pink dress caught his eye. He had always hated the color pink. Her mask glittered. He hated glitter as well. He walked over and took her hand, smiling winningly.
"I thank you for coming, madame. My father would have greatly appreciated it." he said. The girl blushed, obviously flattered.
"May I be blunt and say that you look... simply stunning." he whispered, as though his words were meant only for her. She giggled, a high girlish laugh. On the inside, he cringed, but the knife he had hidden in his sleeve was reassuring.
"Come. Walk with me." he said, leading her away from the crowd to the library. She looked around at the spacious area, and he closed the doors behind him. As the lock clicked shut, the girl turned.
"Why did you lock it?" she asked, paling a shade. He pulled out his knife, looking at it almost lovingly. He stepped closer to her and she stepped back, but she was up against a wall.
"Nobody will hear you scream." he said, pulling her close to him and shoving the knife into her back. She screeched once, and then all was silent. He wiped the blade carefully on her hideously pink dress, and then kicked her corpse into a corner of the room. He slid the knife back up his sleeve and opened the sound proof doors again. He felt happy that he had had a good kill, but he wanted more. More blood, more chances to see the life slip from someone's eyes. He closed the doors behind him and stepped out to "meet" more of his guests.
Honey, you should see me in a crown.

Skins, could Ashton fall for Cassia? Just a thought.

Cassia Winters:

The Manor towered over me and I sighed. Why was I always forced to go to these stupid things? Mother was already in the ballroom while I was just wasting time outside. It wasn't that I was scared to go into the ballroom. Far from it. I was just...cautious and nervous.

Stiffling a yawn, I approached the Manor and entered the ballroom. I was walking down a hall when I saw a masked man leaving a room. He looked up and smiled when he saw me. I couldn't help but smile back.

((Uh oh. This could spell trouble. Someone better come along and distract him...))

[ Lelio Masquerade ]

Lelio sat in his private room, fiddling with one of his many assorted knives. It glinted subtly in his gloved hands, reflecting a smile with too many teeth to be pleasant. Tonight, this would be his weapon of choice. Originally he had wanted to go with a weapon different than his older sibling, but then he thought- What would be the fun of letting them know there's more than one killer? Lelio enjoyed his games, creating twists that no one ever saw coming.

The only problem was deciding to kill first. Perhaps he would start off with a girl. It was always much fun to flirt and tease them, to lure them alone with a promise of fun. He loved watching as their airy masks crumbled away into utter terror when they realized their fun wasn't necessarily the same type of "fun" he had in mind. Seeing them whimper and beg for their lives, it was somehow... refreshing.

Lelio pocketed his knife, his choice made, and headed for the foyer. As he descended the steps, he noticed his brother exiting one of their many sound-proof rooms. He smiled coyly at him. It seems Thomas had started the "game" a bit early.
No matter. He thought, waving to more guests as they arrived. There are plenty others I can... sink my teeth into.
Reality is for those who have small imaginations (:

Julian Grayson

Honestly this party was boring.

But there was something...off about this party. The Masquerade brothers had been escorting girls away one by one and, as far as Julian observed, those girls didn't come back. In fact, if anyone was paying attention, they would have noticed that there were noticeably fewer people.

Just then a family burst through the doorway and a dark-haired girl argued with a man, perhaps her brother. Their mother seemed thoroughly embarrassed but why should she be? It wasn't as if anyone was paying any attention to them.

Julian saw one of the Masquerade brothers move towards the girl. He was much closer to the girl and could probably intercept the Masquerade brother if he wanted to.

Should he?

The girl met his gaze and smiled.

Ah, well. It couldn't hurt to talk to someone tonight.

I was sitting in a party which was suppose to be a dance, but no only a few people were on the dance floor and the whole thing was just down right boring. I would of had more fun at bingo night at a nursing home. Most of the guests were sitting around nervously waiting in anticipation of something big to happen. Not knowing whether that something would be good or bad made the anticipation even worse.

Saber Orlens

I raised my eyebrow and smiled at Aston. He was handesome, and cute too. I grinned trying not to give away what I thought. A small glimmer sparked in his eyes.
"So Aston, how do you like the party?" I asked quickly fiddling with the drinks.

He shrugged his shoudlers, "It's alright." He gave a grin. I frowned staring back towards my mother, she was laughing and still hadn't noticed I hadn't returned. Why had I even agreed to coming to this darn thing.

I pouted my lips bored. "What?" Aston asked. He shot a glance at a girl behind me, her frivolous laughter signalled she had recieved it.
"Do you thinks will spark up here?" I asked offering him one of the glasses. He turned his gaze back on to me, "Depends." Taking the wine he sipped at the top.
I spy!

[Are there only the two Masquerade brothers or are there more as NPCs?]

~Diana~
I laughed softly at the eccentric man, nudging Matthew in the ribs slightly. "Sounds like fun," I murmured with a smile, and he grinned in response.

"I guess we'll need something fun to spice up this evening. A good old-fashioned ghost story sounds ideal."

Raising my eyebrows, I gave him a disbelieving look. "As if you need anything to make your evenings more interesting. I still haven't forgiven you for that episode with Sara."

He smirked back at me cheekily. "As if you can talk."

An indignant look crossed my face. "I maintain that it was entirely Joshua's fault. My virtue is still intact."

"Barely." Matthew muttered with a soft smile, losing interest as a pretty woman in a red dress passed by.

I rolled my eyes. But then, I may as well follow his example. I scanned the room subtly, contemplating who to approach first. Across the hall, I caught the eye of a young man, and, well, it was hard to deny that he was attractive. I waved my fan indecisively, then waltzed over, passing a swift goodbye to my brother. He barely noticed, no doubt already wooing his next heartbreak.

Once at the stranger's side, I smiled softly. He returned it after a pause, glancing warily over my shoulder. I turned, following his stare and seeing only the expected - a room full of dancing and mingling, although the room was less full than I had anticipated.

"So, my handsome stranger, could it be that another woman has already caught your attention?" I murmured softly, drawing his gaze back to me.

[Daisy, did I write Matthew okay? I wasn't sure...]
Elizabeth: "There will come a moment when you will have a chance to show it. To do the right thing."
Jack: "I love those moments. I like to wave at them as they pass by."

Crytalline

She walked around the beautiful area, head held high, perfect posture and a smile on her face. She saw many people look over at her with eyes wide or admiring glances. She knew she was a pretty girl. And it didn't hurt that her parents were wealthy and well respected. It attracted a lot of attention that was sometimes good and other times...not so good.

Today, however, she enjoyed the attention.

She was getting tired of her mask already. Her mother told her that she had to have a mask on a stick. Otherwise, the masks that went around her head would mess up her hair.

She caught a young man's eye and winked, giving him a half smlie before turning away. Flirting was her forte. Maybe she'd even meet one of the brothers. Flirt a little and go home to her mother. She was only here to look around, spy a little, for her mother. After all, rumor was, the brothers were quite wealthy themselves. That bothered her mother.

"Hello," a voice came from behind her.

**Character interaction! :D Anyone care to join Crystal? She'll be nice!**
Hermione, shut your ungodly, lopsided mouth and quit interrupting! 20 points from Gryffindor. You know, for the brightest witch of your age you can sure be a dumba** sometimes. *smiles* 10 points to Dumbledore!

Aston

"Do you thinks will spark up here?" Saber asked offering me one of the glasses. Turning my attention back to her, I smiled. "Depends."
I took the wine out of her hand and took a small sip.

Saber was boring me a bit now. There were loads of hot girls around, I had so much choice. Saber continued talking, although I wasn't really listening. My eyes scanned the room for another pretty girl. A pleasured grin grew on my face when I saw a girl with long fire red hair.

I turned my attention back to Saber. "I've got to go for a few minutes," I winked at her. "See you later babes."

Without waiting for her response, I headed over towards the pretty red head. She seemed to be looking at on of the Masquerade brothers. I liked a bit of competition.

"Hello there," I grinned at the girl. "I am very sorry to disturb you, but you have the most gorgeous eyes."

The girl's face lit up, obviously.

"My name's Cassia." She giggled nervously.

"Such a pretty name with a pretty face to match." I replied happily.

I couldn't help but notice Saber glancing at me, rather annoyed. I always loved a bit of jealousy. Talking to girls was as easy as taking candy from a baby.
I didn't know what to put here so I put this.

I stood in a corner, trying to keep out of sight. The heat and bright colors in the room made my head hurt and I closed my eyes, relaxing in the darkness of them. Why had my parents made me come to this thing?

Lila Moriarty:

I felt eyes on me as I walked to the other side of the room. Coming to parties wasn't exactly my idea of fun but it was a masquerade and I just couldn't resist the mystery of not knowing who people were. A boy walked up to me and said with a smile "Hello." I gave him I full smile and said "Hello." I walked away and went right up to the only person who wasn't looking at me "Hello, my name is Lila. You are?" He glanced at me with a smile and said "I'm Thomas."
