Jag

I get the text and jump up, shifting and bolting there. Staying in my wolf form, I break down the door and rip him off of her. I stand above her protectively and snarl, wanting nothing more than to rip this guy's throat out.

Emma

I swallow, Kil chuckling and standing, "Ooh. I'm scared, little hybrid. Really?"

Jag

I don't hesitate and snarl again, leaping towards him and having faith in my ability to sink my fangs into him without trouble.

Emma

Everything goes silent and I stand, zipping my dress on and watching as Jag literally tears Kol apart.

Jag

I don't stop until my fur is stained in his blood and I can no longer hear his heartbeat. Panting, I growl one last time before turning to face Emma.

Emma

I raise my eyebrows, scarred just a bit, and back up against the wall, scared of him.

Jag

I shift and shake my head, staying where I am, "Em, it's me. Don't be scared. Please."

Emma

I shake my head and look down, swallowing before looking back up at him and studying him.

Jag

I cautiously inch forward, terrified of scaring her further, "S'okay, Em. I'm sorry. I just... you know what he did to everyone back there, and I can't bare the thought of what he almost did to you."

Emma

I nod, speaking quietly, "I know."

Jag

I nod back and study her, "S'okay then, right? You're okay? Did he hurt you?"

Emma

I shake my head, "No. He didn't hurt me."

Jag

I nod and allow myself to breathe freely again, holding a hand out for her.

Emma


I hesitate before twining my hand with his.

Jag

I slowly step closer, careful with her, before wrapping my arms around her in a hug.
