Personality: Adaer is a hot-headed young man, which lead many to wonder why he chose a storm dragon over a fire dragon. He seems to be constantly overloaded with energy, always ready for a new challenge. He rarely thinks before throwing himself into something, and has a fairly short attention span for more menial tasks. He can be a bit of a joker at times, but does take some things very seriously – like his image and reputation.
History: Adaer’s father was a dragon rider before him, and he was always proud of that fact. He put a great deal of effort into his training, wanting to make his parents proud of him, and to become a great hero in the eyes of all of Sharlohw.
Dragon Type: Storm, he can create a small, but extremely powerful, electrical field around his hands.
Connection with Dragon: He has an excellent connection with Lupria, as both of them love to fly (and show off) more than anything else. They can constantly sense each other’s location, but their ability to communicate telepathically is limited, and so they usually employ a complex series of high-pitched whistles.
Likes/Dislikes: He likes any action-packed activities, especially flying. He also likes archery, storms and competing with other people. He dislikes being kept on the ground for whatever reason, and being made to look stupid.
Flaws/Good Points: He can be very vain and temperamental, including a tendency to become stubborn and even sulky if he feels he is not being treated fairly. However, this is offset to a degree by his usually jovial nature, and he is an excellent acrobat and athlete, and he is incredibly skilled with the bow.
Habits: None worth mentioning.

Name: Lupria
Age: Young

Element: Storm

Personality: Like Adaer, she is energetic and lighthearted. She loves flying and aerial acrobatics more than anything, and when Adaer is on the ground will often keep herself entertained by corkscrewing through stormclouds.

Name: Toser
Age: 18
Gender: Male

Personality: Arrogant and brimming with confidence, Toser comes off as the most self-assured person on the planet. He can be very demanding, and generally takes great pleasure in feeling superior to others. He considers everything carefully, and is a shrewd judge of character.
History: Toser never knew his family, and never particularly cared. He was always more preoccupied with increasing his own status amongst the Ones of the Shadows, and saw people as being generally as either tools to be employed in his pursuit of power, or obstacles to be removed.
Dragon Type: Shadow, gives him the ability to blend into shadows.
Connection with Dragon: Toser and Malachite are not bonded in the same way as many other dragon riders are, seeing each other more as partners than anything else. Each needs the other, but they remain fairly impassive towards each other at most times.
Likes/Dislikes: He prizes power above all else, and also enjoys victory when it comes from careful strategy and planning. He dislikes being commanded by anyone, and also anyone who operates exclusively through brute force – though this is more distaste than hatred.
Flaws/Good Points: He can prove somewhat hard to control at times, if he thinks he knows a better way of doing something. He is a highly accomplished swordsman and tactician.
Habits: Often closes his eyes when giving something serious consideration, which has the tendency to make people think he is not listening to them. Often enough, they are right.

Name: Malachite
Age: Middle
Gender: Male
Element: Shadow

Personality: Malachite enjoys toying with other creatures – either humans, other dragons, or simply his prey. He sees battle more as entertainment than as anything else, and will often spend much of a battle wasting time that could easily be spent bringing down his opponent.

Appearance:short, thin, mostly red long hair with treaks of brown,sparkling hazel eyes, long face, and long cape

Personality: usually smiley loves all dragons is very adventurous, is know to have a fiery streak, loves to make plainthings unique.
History: Trained to be a dragon rider her whole life and now is finally ready she has lost her whole family due to a fire and therefore a fire dragon is what she needed most to cope with the tragedy.
Dragon Type: Fire dragon- is able to make a little fire of her own and enjoys that power immensly
Connection with Dragon: Mayten has an excellent connection with her dragon and the two communicate very well
Likes/Dislikes: likes flying, cooking, exploring, and fighting, dislikes rain, dark caverns, rich people and puful (a type of food)
Flaws/Good Points: flaws-won't kill a dragon or human unless absolutly necessary, has a hard time following orders. good points- very loyal and good at treating wounds
Habits: flys with her dragon when she's upset
Other: has been taught to never show weakness

Name: Eighth September
Age: 18
Gender:female
Appearance:Very dark eyes that change color according to light. Sometimes dark blue, sometimes dark purple, sometimes black. White hair the looks almost silver. Slim build.
Picture:
Personality: Dark, power-hungry. She hates people in general, and wants nothing more than to rule the world and be the most powerful thing in it.
History:Her parents were king and queen (I guess), and she ran off to train as a dragon rider when she was very young. She is very experienced, therefore. She has no real friends, and likes it that way, but would have no trouble finding a husband if she needed to. She is known to be brutal and unfair, and will do anything to get more power.
Dragon Type: Ghost
Connection with Dragon: Phenomenal. They have very similar personalities, and get along very well. They both want to be the most powerful over their own kind, so they get along well. They each other's only friend.
Likes/Dislikes:She likes power, killing, fighting, monotone colors, and the taste of blood. (she's not a cannibal or anything, she just likes it.If she cut her finger, she would suck on it happily.)She hates anyone who gets in her way, people in general, and the weak.
Flaws/Good Points:As she has no friends, only aquaintances who fear her, she is often alone. She is not a strong hand-to-hand fighter, but has good aim with a bow and is adequate with a sword. She would "rather be feared than loved.", to quote Alice in wonderland. She is bipolar, and a manic depressant.
Habits: She tends to draw on her arms when she's bored, so they are often covered with ink.
Other: Up for love, if the right person who's worthy of her comes along.

Name:Phobos Narscissa
Age: Young, but nearing middle years.
Gender:male
Element: ghost
Appearance: A huge, fearsome white dragon with bat-like wings and a fin on its head.

Personality:Very similar to eighth's, but directed towards other dragons. He, on the other hand, is not open to love. He also does not want to rule the world alone, hence why he is fiercely loyal to Eighth.

Name: Brystianne "Bree" Moore

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Appearance: She has firey vivid red hair that reaches the middle of her back. She has a smattering of freckles across her nose that makes her look pretty young and pale skin. She's got blue-gray eyes and look more blue when she's in a good mood and almost silver when she's angry. Extremely thin, so tiny she looks fragile and an easy target.

Personality: She's can get angry easily. And don't let her size fool you. She can be quite scary when she's angry. She loves to fly more than anything in the world and when it rains/storms she's almost always in a good mood.

History: Will be revealed through the story. I hate to give a characters history away at the begining. (;

Dragon Type: Storm

Connection with Dragon: She has an incredible connection with her dragon. They almost think alike, nearly always. However, their personalities are so alike sometimes they clash. Both rider and dragon are often angry at each other, however they love each other very much. They are best friends so to speak. She also gets a good feeling of what happens to Nuk, her dragon. She can't read his thoughts yet, but they definetly feel each others emotions.

Likes/Dislikes:
She likes flying, quiet, and chaotic weather. Especially rough storms. She doesn't exactly like calm, sunny days. Those are the days she stays indoors and reads, she flies on stormy days.

She hates anyone who threatens her dragon. She'll do anything to protect him. She also dislikes people who act like they can't get their hands dirty. She believes in hard work and if that causes her to get some callouses then so be it.

Flaws/Good Points: She is very easily angered which can be good because she'll protect herself and friends fiercely, but when she's angry she makes foolish, careless decisions.



Name: Nukpano "Nuk"

Age: Youngish, though not baby young. Let's just say he's still learning.

Gender: Male

Element: Storm

Appearance: He's a stormy gray with streaks of white/blue. He's got thin, long wings that are good for flying fast. (Both Bree and Nuk love to fly very fast). His body is thin, but long and almost looks like he was made streamlined when he flies. Nuk also has odd orange-y/yellow/blue-gray eyes. It is really blended but each color can be dominate depending on his emotion

Personality: A lot like Bree's personality. He always thinks that he's right and can be slightly arrogant but trust Bree. Occasionally, after a long fight with her (though they fight they still care for each other very much. Their connection is an amazing one) he'll admit he was wrong. When he gets angry, which happens very easily, you'll know. (; Cause more than likely Bree will be angry too.

Other: He cares more for Bree than he does anything else. Bree is his true rider.
