The "Specials" Curse.

Over the years , there has been many stories about the "gifted" people; People who seem to have strange or inhuman abilities such as flight, super-strength, invisibility , duplication and shape shifting. Scientists are now coming to believe that these stories are indeed true; yet few of these people occur, many do not live past the age of thirteen for reasons said to be unknown. Groups of scientists have constructed a team to observe these people at all times, but since they're scattered all over the world , one by one the government has taken these "specials" , as they call them, to a city called Foxend where they will live in a single home, yet experience life like before, sometimes and secretly being tested on. The scientists call this their home away from home; there's something they don't know. With every freedom there is a responsibility; with every gift, a curse. You are either a "special"or a regular Specials: You are here being observed, you are treated like royalty most of the time , and you can basically do almost anything you want. Whenever the scientists talk to you , show respect, because they have the power to kill you right beneath their fingertips ; one wrong button and they can send you down. They have a very strong respect for superiors. You attend school with the regulars , who know nothing about your abilities and curses and are treated like any other normal person. Specials are usually to one extreme , never in the middle , if one's tall the he/she is REALLY tall , if one is smart , they are REALLY smart etc. Many specials wish to be regulars , they just want to feel normal and not constantly worry about being watched or killed. Regulars: You know nothing of the Specials existence , except for the rumors. You believe what the government has told you, they are in the city because of a high price exchange program. Regulars personalities vary. Regulars are average , normal everyday people usually in the middle in everything or just average; some surpass others , barely any surpass the specials.
