The year is 1966, the last years of Rock & Roll's musical reign. Classic, "feel-good" vibes are everywhere, spreading joy throughout the world...... with a whole lot of government opposition. Despised for it's promotion of sex, drugs and crime, many laws were passed, all attempting to exterminate the ships. Illegal, Pirate Radio Ships are the last source of free music for America, broadcasting from the international waters of the Pacific.

A portion of the U.S Navy has been dispatched to hunt down Pirate Radio Ships, spreading waves of fear throughout the seas. The use of violence has been vigourously granted and applied. Now only those with no other places to go, or perhaps are so devoted in their love of music remain onboard the scaringly less numerous ships.

You are are a crewmember upon the popular pirate ship; "Radio Hope". Crewmembers are from all over the world, with all sorts of dark histories. They are united by a single goal: Provide the world with Rock & Roll.

Name: Captain Rudolf Seal

Broadcast Title: "Feel-good Vibes at 9 with Cap'n Seal"

Age: 28

Nationality: American; Illinois

Appearance:
Spoiler! :
Image

Role on Ship: Captain

Personality: Rudolf is a kind, fair, natural leader. He hardly ever stresses, maintaing a lax, easy-going appearance. His main disadvantage is his tendency to be to hedonistic. Despite having the ability to command, he sometimes takes pleasure over responsibility, like having a hot bath while Navy Officials are pursuing his ship.

Anger is only apparent when the absence of drugs in his life drives him a little insane.

History: Since he was young, Rudolf always had a love for music. His father was a struggling musician, and his mother died in childbirth. He had to learn at a very young age to enjoy the free things in life, like jamming together on the curb of the road as the government repossessed your house.

Education wasn't an exact necessity to his father, so at the mere age of sixteen, Rudolf was thrust into the real world with little to none experience. He travelled with his father's band: "The West Wormaniacs" for a few months, learning the musical arts. In his hedonistic pursuit of pleasure, drugs became a regular for the son, that was until overdosage stole his father's life.

The band dispersed, leaving Rudolf all on his own. Reeling in despair and poverty, Rudolf turned his eyes to the one option left: the seas. He applied to several merchant ships, but none would except the dirty boy in rags. Begging with his musical skills was the only solution to money, since he had sworn off drugs due to his fathers death. Death by malnutrition seemed imminent, That was until the former captain of Radio Hope heard him playing guitar on the side of the road.

The man took pity on the young boy, and took him with him to the ship. His leadership skills flared, and when the old captain passed away, young Rudolf was elected to step in. Secretly, he struggles with resisting drugs, which sometimes can lead to extreme bouts of violent behavior.

Signature Track: "I Got You (I Feel Good) - James Brown"

Up for Love: Yes, and Straight.

Other: Is subject to bouts of anger from withdrawal.
With friends and courage one can stand against all foes, for neither man nor God can conquer those who are not alone
