The Southern Wars

Preface:

It began in America in 2035. A small gang fed up with the rules of society had an idea that would soon change the world. From the ideals of a book a few people became legends. The idea spread, and soon was captivating and controlling people worldwide. This was the concept of Robin Hood.

Steal from the rich and take from the poor. Not a bad concept, until executed in the form of modern-day gangs. In North America, the delivery was fine. Some people got hurt, but everything was pretty much controlled. And then the idea spread to the south.

In the south, everyone had their own ideas on how the Gangues Villas (The Villa Gangs, also known as TVGs) should be run. In a matter of time, all hell broke loose. Before long, more effort was wasted fighting over how the system should be operated than efforts spent trying to actually help the poor.

Now:

It is 2085. There is systematic war in the south. Sides are split, divisions have been made, and things are getting really ugly. You are involved in all of this, somehow. And before long, you are going to be part of a newly forming gangs, Los Halcones (The Hawks). How you get there and what happend after is all a matter of where the gun is pointing. Best of luck!

The Divisions:
The War is being fought under two main concepts, with sub divisions.

Spoiler! :
Fuego- Based around the concept of kill all and take all. The Fuegos don’t like to leave loose ends. All prisoners become members or are shot if incooperative.

Sub-Branches:

Sol (Meaning Sun) : Follow the concepts of the Fugo mostly, but are more hesitant to kill. Mudering children unnesesarily is frowned upon. They often take Ángel prisoners to use as strategists or for doing unwanted tasks. Not merciless, but the rougher memebers can be quite vicious. Many Sols are Hoja-rejects. Some alliances have been formed between small groups of Sols and Vivos.

Gangs of the Sol:

-Rojos
-Halcones
-Oro
-Argentino

Hoja (Meaning: Blade) : Follow the concepts of Fuego to the letter. Merciless and vicious, almost in-humane, anyone who follows the Hoja concepts aren’t likely to be people you want to be accociated with. They don’t take prisoners, they just kill people. They often war amoung themselves.

Gangs of the Hoja:

-El Negro
-Ladron
Caco

Spoiler! :
Ángel- Based around the concept of avoid violence, take only what is needed. Ángels don’t take prisoners and any form of killing or murder is discouraged unless nessesary. Ocassionally they will take Fuego prisoners.

Sub-Branches:

Seguro (Meaning Safe): As the name implies, they play things safe. They follow the immediate concepts of Ángel and are quick to surrender. Very few of these gangs survive, but they are very large. Their fighting tactics are non-violent and more verbal. Some don’t carry weapons.

Gangs of the Seguro:

-Alas
-Diamante

Vivo (Meaning Life): avoid violence mostly. Never kill, but will do just about anything to preserve their lives. They often take Fuego prisoners to use as fighters for the group.

Gangs of the Vivo:

-Brujula
-Guias
-Presos
-Escapistas

Name: Carolina “Carla” D’Montriav

Gender: Female

Age: 24

Position: Second-in-Command

Allegiance: Fuego

Appearance: She isn't very tall, at 5'5'', and is petite. She has a thin build. She has raggled bangs and long, dark hair. Despite being brazilian, her skin is fair and covered in freckles. She has dark brown eyes. She is a raggled sort of beautiful. She looks much younger than her age.

Spoiler! :

{Warning, in this picture she's wearing only a tank top and swim-suit bottoms, but this is a better picture}
Spoiler! :

Languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and a little English. She can speak, read, and write in Portuguese, which is her native language. She can speak Spanish and English, but can’t write or read them.

Birth Country: Brazil (Brasil)

Base Country: Columbia

Weapon of choice: Any handgun will do, she’s not picky.

Spoiler! :

Vehicle/Car/Motorcycle:

Personality: Carla goes between being very sweet and very commanding. When she’s being sweet, she is a good listener, ready to take orders, and a good friend. She will always be the first to help. Unfortunately, when her sweet side is showing, she has too much pity for people and gets herself in trouble that way. When Carla is in a commanding mood, she is fearless, intense, and a little vicious. No one will stand in her way and everyone has to listen to her. It is hard for her to take an order when she gets like this, and will often try to make the group listen to her despite the fact her wishes will often contradict the leader’s. Overall she can be a bit impulsive, but has good intentions. She doesn’t like people touching her because of her past, and Carla is slow to trust people. She tends to drink a lot and often.

History: Her mother was involved in the earliest of the TVGs. She was taken prisoner from her large home, and never saw her family again. Her mother met Luis in the gang; they fell in love, and then had her. Once he realized that Rosa was pregnant, though, he left her. Carla was born later, and her mother raised her and trained her in the new gang she had joined. Rosa was killed when Carla was only ten, and was left orphaned. An older member of the gang named François took her in. He guided her for a while, but later began to rape and abuse her, using her as he would a prisoner. She ran away from him when she was seventeen, and joined another gang, the Escapistas. She quickly worked her way to the top through there, but soon found she was too ready to kill and too impulsive for their concepts. So Carla left them, and joined with {someone} to begin to create a new gang, Halcones.

Theme Song: "The Ballad of Mona Lisa" by Panic!AtTheDisco

Secret/s: She desperately wants to find her father and to have a normal life. She also has a longing to be loved by someone, though she has lost a bit of her faith in the existence of love. Her drinking habit is a bordering on being out-of-control.

Up for love: Yes, absolutely, definitely, desperately.

Other: She never had a formal education and she is strong for her small size. She also doesn't have her drivers liscence, but knows how to drive. She also has a small tattoo of a flame on her left shoulder that she regrets getting for identification reasons.
Love is beautiful, but what would love be without life?
