**according to the majority of the posts, jared is nowhere near tex and daston so im confused now**
[Daston]

Daston rolled his head, ignoring the kid's mumbling for the time being. He squeaked softly to Squee, nudging him with his left leg to steer slightly. He headed for the stairs first, intending to work his way around and then down.

Squee made a small chirp of protest, and Daston looked at him in confusion. He rubbed his ears softly and then followed the mouse's intent stare.

Making their way down the stairs were even more of his kind!
**this is trying to get tex and daston with the others**

*not to be a jerk but...Daston is with Tex, You can intruduce yourself soon. But that's just my opinion.*

*whoa!! this sb is getting tangled up, so I'll just explain what I understand so far... Cat is with Ghost, the the rest of the people are on the top step of the stairs. I think XxXSerenityStillXxX had been with the people on top of the stairs, and then changed to be with Cat. Serentity, just introduce yourself again to one of the characters and stay with them.*

[Kat]

She jumped down one step followed by the others. Two people riding on mice were racing down the stairs beside them.

"Hey!" shouted out Ryder, waving to the 2 mouse riders as they passed by.

~Fire~

She transformed into one of the dog creatures again and walked over to Kat

Sara heard voices.

It was a miracle! Voices!

She stood up, a little unsteady, and started across the room.

Tex felt the mouse under him and he shivered in revolt.
" Where are we riding?"

[Daston]

Daston stared at the people on the steps, not hearing Tex's question. He had lived his whole life in this house and there had never been others here! Squee felt his confusion and tensed under him; he rubbed his ears out of habit.

"What are you doing here?" he asked, trying to keep his voice steady and pleasant.

[Kat]

"What do you mean?" said Kat. "I've always been here, but I've never seen either of you though. I'm Kat by the way,"

"Daston,"

The 7 (...at least I think it's 7...) mini-people exchanged greetings, and Daston explained the mice. But still, Kat was so confused on how he was able to tame them.

(Firearris)

She was in human form as everyone introduced themselves. After everyone finished, and someone explained the mice, she spoke.

"Now we need to find a way out of here."



*Heheh, the other day, when I was eating dinner; I couldn't help wondering if I had little people running from my mashed potatoes to my biscuit. *

[Kat]

"I'll need to borrow this," she said jumping onto one of the mice and slapping its side, making it begin to race down the stairs. "Last one down is a rotten egg!"

Fire


She turned into one of the dogs, and raced after Kat. Soon, she was side by side with the mouse.

[Kat]

The mouse sqeaked at the site of the dog and tripped. Kat fell off of the mouse and landed on her face.

"Ow..." the mouse squeaked again and ran away. "No! Don't let it get away!"

Fire

She ran after the mouse and ran in front of it to block it. Kat had enough time to quickly get up, and she got back on the mouse.

[Kat]

Suddenly the mouse began to talk!

It said, "Get off of my back!"

We all stepped back a bit in shock. The mouse turned to face us, it stood on it's hind legs and glowered down at us. Fire growled at it, it hissed back at her.

"Let's go Bob!" said the mouse to the other mouse.

The two mice began to walk away.

She growled at the mouse, but they both ended up getting away. She turned to human.

"What the..?"
