(You know, there's another version of that digimon called Black WarGrowlmon. It might fit the situation better. http://digimon.wikia.com/wiki/BlackWarG ... arGrowlmon Also, you do realize how big WarGrowlmon is, right? He's an ultimate level digimon, and about the size of the movie theater itself. If he had degenerated to Guilmon or something, then that would be different. Just keep that in mind for next time.)

"Put them in the cell with the others," Beelzemon said. "The boss wants guiniepigs for his experiment."
The other digimon followed Beelzemon. One of them asked, "Do you really think the boss can duplicate the X-Virus? You remember the legends, Yggdrasil's X-Virus almost destroyed the entire digital world all those years ago."
"But this one isn't meant for our world," Beelzemon said. He looked at the human girl he was carrying on his shoulder. "It's for theirs'."
They tossed the children into a dark cell, slamming the door shut behind them. Dennis grabbed the cell's bars and started rattling them as hard as he could. "Let me out of here, you digi-freaks! If my sister finds out about this, she and Veemon will hurt you!" The digimon left them, laughing as they walked away.
Sarah looked around the cell they were in. "Where are we?" she asked. There was a sound from the other end of the cell. She made a small 'eep' noise and said, "There's something else in here with us!"
(This is where the kids meet their own digimon.)

(I have another idea. What if the kids escape with their new digimon and go on an adventure of their own, separate from the characters in Data Squad? The storybook goes off into two stories, one set of characters traveling across the digital world, and the others trying to stop the bad digimon.)
(I also noticed something else I did with my last post. I had another idea of what to do with the whole Yggdrasil plot. If you read through the article I posted a link for a few posts back you'll read about the Royal Knights. Here's what I was thinking: Half of the story involves the main group of tamers, Jake and the others, looking for Yggdrasil and fighting the Royal Knights. The other half of the story involves the kids, Sarah, Dennis, etc., running from Beelzemon and the other bad digimon. Eventually they all get back together and join forces. What do you think, is it a good idea?)

Black WarGrowlmon sounds more suitable and sorry about the confusion with size. I didn't have a digimon in mind when I wrote the theatre post and then forgot to take that into perspective. Sorry!
As for having two seperate quests, I think it's a good idea. It will give the children a chance to bond with each other and their digimon.
Dennis
"It's probably another big digimon here to eat you up," Dennis decided, turning around to gaze through the darkness. "I wish we had some light. I'd much rather see what I'm fighting."
"Fighting? Who said anything about fighting?" An orange, dinosaur-like digimon stepped into the light along with one that resembled a hawk and what appeared to be a green worm.
"I did," Dennis replied. "Eat the other three if you want but you'll not get me."
(If they're going to escape, it'd be much easier to do so with rookie level digimon instead of in-training.)
"We're not going to eat you," the hawk creature said.
"What are you?" Sarah asked.
"We're digimon," the orange dinosaur said. "You must be humans. I'm Agumon, that's Hawkmon and this is Wormmon."
The children introduced themselves, too.
"Digimon?" Dennis said. "Does that mean we're in the digital world?"
"Why are you all locked up?" Hallie asked.
"We came here to investigate something," Wormmon said. "You see, a lot of our friends have been disappearing in the past few weeks. We went looking for them and ended up being captured ourselves."
"Do you know what happened to your friends?" Sarah asked.
"Yes," Hawkmon said, "but they are no longer our friends. The leader of these dark digimon turned all of our friends into slaves using a program he invented."
Agumon looked worried. "I know it's only a matter of time before we're next..."
"Don't worry, I'm sure there's a way to change your friends back to normal," Sarah said. She came up to Agumon and kneeled in front of him. "Besides, we're not going to let anything happen to you." She reached out to pet Agumon's head.
A large flash of light appeared under Sarah's hand. She yelped and jumped to her feet out of reflex from the sudden burst of light. When the light disappeared there was an orange device floating above Agumon's head.
"What is that thing?" Agumon asked.
Sarah carefully reached out to the device and grabbed it out of the air. It looked exactly like the one her brother was always wearing on his belt, except it was orange.
"I think it's a digivice," Sarah said.

(I feel so far behind. But I think I’m caught up now. I’ll insert Aiden’s profile and sort of…work him in.)
Tamer's Name: Aiden
Age: 11
Gender: Male
Home Country: France
Personality: Very loving, but seems almost cold by anyone who doesn’t know him well. Quiet, and will barely talk to anyone except his sister Akira.
History: Was taken by Akira when she ran away to protect him and his twin sister Aimee. When Aimee was killed by a rogue digimon, Aiden shut down entirely and wouldn’t speak for months. Now, he speaks rarely, and only speaks familiarly to Akira.
Appearance: Silvery-blond hair, the same color as Akira’s, cropped short to his head. Pale blue eyes, rather tall for his age.
Colour of Digivice: White
Digimon's Name: Gomamon
Digimon's Description: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gomamon
Aiden-
Hallie looked over at a fourth digimon, one that hadn't been introduced. "Who's that?"
Agumon looked over. "That's Gomamon. He's very shy."
Aiden stepped forward. So far, he had not spoken a word. All he could think of were flashbacks of his sister being killed by a digimon, and of Akira lying on the floor as the digimon had grabbed him. He had watched in amazement as one of the other girls- Sarah, he mentally chided himself- received a digivice.
"Hi," he said shyly to Gomamon, trying a shy smile. If Akira could be friends with Renamon, then he could be friends with this digimon. He touched the digimon gently and a white digivice appeared in his hands, similar to the silver one his sister had.
He looked at everyone. "I'm Aiden."

Akira felt like crying as she ran down the stairs with Renamon on her heels. She'd come back to her apartment, and Aiden, like normal. She had been knocked out by the element of surprise when a digimon-she was too angry to identify it- had grabbed Aiden. With Renamon a tad weak and them both surprised, it'd taken Aiden easily.
Of course her bloody cell phone wasn't working. She finally got out in front of her apartment complex and stuck money in a pay phone. "Jake, a digimon showed up in my apartment and took Aiden."
"Digimon have kidnapped Sarah, Hallie, and Dennis as well," he grimly informed her. "I'm on my way to headquarters. I'll meet you there."

Jake had explained the situation to Sampson. No one else had arrived yet, so being the first one back he had to tell him. "It happened to all of us. After that digimon went through that portal I got calls from Luna, Rydia and Akira at almost the exact same time, telling me their siblings were kidnapped, too."
Kudamon turned to Sampson. "Digimon have been able to cross into the real world in the past."
Sampson closed his eyes, as if to think. "Yes, but this is too well planned to be a coincidence. They all appeared and took the kids at almost the exact same time."
"The question is, why target our families?" Jake said, and immediately when he said it he knew why. "Wait, what if they kidnapped Sarah and the others to get to Data Squad?" he asked.
"There are some digimon out there who disagree with what it is we do here," Sampson said, "but none of them have ever tried to do something like this before."
"This happened so soon after Squad D defeated Myotismon," Kudamon said. "It's too much of a coincidence to overlook."
The doors of the briefing room opened then. Rydia came running into the room, almost tripping over a chair in the process. Akira and Luna walked in after her.
Rydia stopped in front of Sampson. "Sir, my brother was kidnapped by a-"
"I know," Sampson said, interrupting her. "Jake has filled me in."
Rydia looked at Jake, as if seeing him for the first time. "Oh, hi Jake." Jake just waved at her. She turned back to Sampson and Kudamon. "Well, what are we going to do about it? We have to save them!"
"I agree, saving them is our top priority," Sampson said. "But we don't have any information about the digimon who kidnapped your siblings."
"I have an idea," Jake said. Everyone looked at him. "We could look through a list of all the known digimon in the digital world until we find ones that look like the digimon who kidnapped our brothers and sisters."
"But, you're talking about every digimon in the digital world," Akira said. "Do you know how long that would take?"
"I know what type of digimon took my sister just by looking at it. It's some sort of dark digimon, possibly a virus type. That'll narrow down the list."
"It's worth a shot," Sampson said as he dimmed the lights and turned on the computer screen. Pictures of different digimon appeared on the screen.
Jake watched the pictures on the screen until one of them caught his eye. "Wait, go back." A picture of the digimon who kidnapped Sarah appeared on the screen, except this one had no wings. "That's the one that took Sarah. The only difference is the one I saw had wings."
Sampson read the name out loud. "Beelzemon. Are you sure it's this one?" he asked.
"Positive."
"My turn," Rydia said. "The digimon that took my brother looked like a black dragon, possibly from the Guilmon family."
A picture showed up of a black Guilmon, just as she had described it. "So a BlackGuilmon kidnapped your brother?" Sampson asked.
"That's right," Rydia said.
"But it's a rookie level digimon," Luna pointed out.
"Maybe it degenerated from it's real form to kidnap Dennis," Rydia pointed out. "We were in the movie theater at the time."
"I'm already starting to see a pattern here," Jake said. "The digimon who took our brothers and sisters were all dark digimon of some kind." He turned to face the others. "We may be dealing with a digimon gang of some kind."
Akira clenched her fists tightly. "I've got to find Aiden," she told the others. "His twin sister...she was killed by a rogue digimon. He'll be scared to death."
The others looked at her. She bowed her head, fighting back tears.
"What do you think those digimon will do to them?" Luna asked, her voice slightly shaking, though she tried to hide it.
Akira shook her head. "I hope, for those digimon's sakes, it's nothing. Because it won't be good for them if I find them."
(Sorry it's short. I intended to add the digimon that kidnapped Aiden to our list, but my Wikipedia's not working and I can't find any other good lists. Can you help me out here?)

"Wait, that leaves me with the pink and green worm?" Dennis asked, surveying the remaining digimon with distaste.
"Should have took the pink digivice," Hallie replied, sticking out her tongue. Dennis took a look at the creature she was paired with and shook his head.
"No chance. So not worth it. Come on then, cough mine up," Dennis held his hand out towards Wormmon who eyed him cautiously.
"I don't think it works like that," Wormmon objected. Dennis frowned and moved closer.
"You could try stroking him," Sarah suggested.
"Didn't ask for your opinion," Dennis mumbled, crossing his arms but then he let out an audible huff and placed a single finger on the digimon's forehead, upon the strange, read marking there. A black digivice appeared.
"Now that's more like it," Dennis said with a grin.
They had narrowed down the suspects to four digimon. The one that took Sarah was Beelzemon. The one that kidnapped Dennis was BlackGuilmon. The one that took Hallie was Diaboromon and Aiden's kidnapper was Apollomon. They were all mega level dark type digimon, with the exception of BlackGuilmon who was a rookie. Rydia had pointed out that the digimon had degenerated in order to kidnap Dennis and its true form was probably BlackWarGrowlmon or ChaosGallantmon.
"So we know what digimon kidnapped our brothers and sisters," Luna said. "What good does it do us? We still don't know where to look for them."
"Hold on," Sampson said as he looked over the suspected digimon again. "I think I know this group."
"You do?" Rydia asked.
"Yes, I'm positive. These digimon are members of a gang called Death Corps," he explained, "they are a group of digimon that create deadly computer programs and viruses. We don't know who their boss is, but we do know that they are also a group of hired mercenaries. Either they kidnapped your siblings because somebody paid them to, or they have other plans for them."
"Then we've got to find and stop them!" Rydia said.
"What I just told you is all the information Data Squad has on them," Sampson told them. "We don't even know which sector of the digital world their base might be."
"So are we just going to leave them?" Luna asked.
"Of course not," Kudamon said, "but rushing blindly into a situation like this won't solve anything. Data Squad will be working day and night trying to find clues on their location."
"In the meantime I have another mission for you all," Sampson said.
"What's the mission?" Jake asked.
"While you four were gone there were viral outbreaks in several small sectors around the digital world."
"Viral outbreaks?" Akira asked.
Kudamon explained, "Many long years ago, before the digital world became what it is now, it used to be much larger with millions more digimon."
"But Yggdrasil, the supercomputer that monitors the digital world, began to lose control of the rapidly increasing population." Sampson said. "There was so much data that the computer couldn't hold it all."
"So it spread the X-Virus throughout the digital world," Kudamn continued. "The digimon that live now are descendants of the survivors of that crisis."
"So you think this outbreak may be another X-Virus?" Jake asked.
"We're not sure, but we want to be safe," Sampson said.
"So you want us to examine the virus?" Akira asked.
"No, we have trained professionals taking care of that. Your mission is to find a certain digimon." Sampson turned to the computer screen and a picture of a blue furred digimon appeared. "This digimon is called Dorumon, and it carries something called the X-Antibody. I want you to catch it and bring it back to HQ."
"It's no good to us as a digiegg, so don't hurt it," Kudamon explained.
"The only known habitat of this digimon is on Login Mountain in the eastern sector of the digital world. Find one and bring it back so we can examine its DNA and make an X-Antibody of our own." Sampson gave a salute and said, "Dismissed."
As the team headed to the login room, Akira tried to push out her anger at her brother's kidnapping and focus on the task at hand. It was hard, but she kept going anyway. She had kept working after Aimee's death, just so she could find the digimon that had killed her. She could do her mission quickly, so that she could come back and find her brother.
She examined the faces of the other team members and realized that they were thinking the same thing she was. Jake, normally stoic, was worried about Sarah. Luna had an unusual grim look on her face, which was smiling in all but the roughest battles. And Rydia was seething over anyone trying to mess with her family.
Renamon, sensing Akira's distress, touched her shoulder slightly. The touch sent her spinning wildly back into reality from her lapse into reverie. She took a deep breath and tried to focus on what she was doing. "So what do we know about the X-Antibody?" she asked. "I remember some, but does it affect the Digimon carrying it in any way?"
